Awww shanks!!! Trust me, the makeup helps a LOT!!!! As for where to find the cosmetics, Ben Nye is good but there really are some Walgreens type cosmetics that are quite good. There is one wet n wild pencil that nearly every professional MUA I've ever spoken to keeps in their kit. Brands I recommend for high pigments are: Smashbox (they make excellent primer too), MAC, Lorac, and believe it or not, L'Oreal's HIP line. As for foundations for photography, I recommend RCMA and Cinema Secrets for photographic purposes. I use L'Oreal True Match foundation for nearly all of the photos but I do use a green-based primer and apply my foundation with a brush. Sponges soak up too much product and fingertips are good but don't get the coverage that a good foundation brush will give you. Hope this helps! -Cav's ally
