Send the landlord a registered letter stating that he has two weeks to repair electrical and plumbing problems or you will hire someone and use the rent money for the month to do so. Isn't there a county board of housing that can tell you what steps you can take?

We found out about Sears after picking up his new glasses from one of those one hour places. Ouch! But he needed new ones immediately so couldn't have waited the week to get them.

I'm not too worried about the electric.. plus it gives me leverage for not paying rent this month (and thereby getting health stuff taken care of)
He's not going to evict me, because he is also my boss... if I have to move, I'm leaving FL..so then he'll lose the rent, his best employee AND the money for my car payment (yeah, he's the lien holder)..

overall, knowing him, he'll eat the month's rent in order to have the ongoing income.  it helps to have the electric thing as leverage though/

Asking staff at the Irish Embassy about your telephone bill is unlikely to bring satisfactory results.

Thats odd...my new kitten loves playdough in her ear...she also shredded and is now trying to consume a nerf football...is that a sign of vitamin deficiency?
