hello to E/everyone here!

i have a quick question - but one that needs a lot of answers!

i wish to perform in a video for a 'Friend'. in this video i will be bound, possibly gagged (light bondage and spanking). i will also be serving sexually. this leads me to the question...

where can i perform sex in public, on video, with one (or possibly more) people without being arrested, deported, imprisoned?!

The Folsom Street Fair, held the last Saturday of September on Folsom Street in San Francisco has had some sort of public sex going on, every time, for the last 5 years that we have attended. folks take pictures and videos as well and there is a police officer, maintaining the peace, every block or so. it starts at 11 a.m. and ends at 6 p.m.

*Amsterdam planned to legalize public sex in parks from September onwards. Check for updates.
*It’s not legal but the New Orleans Mardi Gras gets pretty loose and there is a lot of back room sex in the clubs.
*There are sex clubs and resorts all over the world. However, video taping and capturing fellow patrons in the background is usually against the rules.
*My house… you can come over anytime and film all you want.

The Amsterdam law did pass but only for sex after dark. The police's National Diversity Expertise Centre (LECD) wants this to expand this plan to all public parks of the Netherlands.

Public sex....what does it mean. In the woods? or on parking space? With people walkign around?
As long as you don't bother someone people, propably will accept it. The more people..the more risk of course.
Overhere, the netherlands, you propably are send away by the cops....unless children are around walking. Then you have a big problem.

In Germany or belgium in a forrest or so..shouldn't be a problem either.

i am sorry if i was a little vague. i was thinking something similar to the Public Disgrace videos.

i think they are filmed in Eastern Europe - but i really would like to try something a little bit daring.. without going to jail!

Personally i wouldn't worry about the legalities and just find somewhere very quiet and go for it. I'm a risk taker though so thats probably why. It would make it so much hotter for me running the risk of getting caught

I don't know that it is legal anywhere in Europe (where I come from), but I see porn flicks with sex in public, on the outskirts of a city, that are shot in Hungary - truly in public - pedestrians, cars driving by, and not on a studio lot. You may want to check with them - the outfit that does them is professional, West Coast, and not a fly-by-night operation. I assume that they go there (all of the rest is studio stuff) because they can, they fly some people in from the US, and you don't do that if you're going to get arrested while you work.

it seems like something easier to get away with in europe =p the public disgrace ones on kink are in europe
if you're already there, you'd probably have better luck looking there instead of coming here

Public Disgrace - that is shot in Hungary, and that makes me think it is really legal there. Some of the hardest porn sites are Hungarian as well. I honestly wouldn't do that anywhere else, because if you could, you'd see porn flics with it, and those aren't around. The "meeting places" in Holland, those in Germany, are for consenting adults to have sex, not for shooting videos - laws here and there are "loose", or not enforced very strictly, but you still run the the risk, everywhere, of getting arrested. So there it is, you don't want iffy, you could just do it in Earls Court if you wanted iffy. There is a little piece of beach on the South Shore of Long Island where everybody goes to have sex, the cops stay away from it, and there are sometimes ten cars waiting for their turn. well you can try any car park in jolly old England too and if ya wnt some people to watch just flash your car lights a few times. Used to be called "Dogging" not sure what they are calling it now?

Sorry but the States suck here as people are still uptight about people having fun in pubic(public)sucks really...but is a small fine, usually with no jail time.

I would think that if you wanted to do something like this without having to worry about legalities... the best bet would be to simply stage it. Find a location you like, such as a night club or whatever and see if you can rent it during their off hours. Invite some friends, acquaintances, etc. to act as a "public" audience, and go from there. Be honest with the property owners as to what you are up to, otherwise they might get miffed. For example, I own a coffee shop which is closed at night. If someone wanted to close the shades and do a shoot here at night for a fee, I'd probably be willing for the right price, but I'd put the condition that the shot not include anything that would implicitly identify my shop (given the conservative community, it'd probably be bad for my business)... which is probably a pretty typical concern a business owner would have, some might have lease restrictions as well that would prohibit it. Its one option you could go with if you've the funds for it.

I've also seen such things done in biker bars with no prior arrangements... but there's also the risk of the audience getting VERY involved.

Wow, I feel old and rather uptight, anal about this. I don't care what people do, but if you are exposing someone else to it without their consent or where um's might be around, I have a problem with it. If I were with a um and walked around a corner to someone having a lil fun, they might have a bit of a problem and I might get arrested, but arrest wouldn't stop me. I love sex... I love play... but I don't care to see someone else in public doing so! We aren't dogs. I am very open with 'my' um's, but not that open! I don't want them seeing drug deals or domestic abuse or anything else I get to explain over dinner either. There are just some things adults should be doing elsewhere.

Of course I wouldn't take granny or a um to a fetish/lifestyle event and if things are set up, we wouldn't be walking right into something, but to think of people on the streets openly having sex in front of anyone... well I guess I just found a new hard limit. What gives us the right to involve other people just because we have or feel we have sexual freedom's?

Nowhere in the US, as far as I know.

I'd suggest using a large national forest, etc., and reducing the risk of being seen, complained about and arrested to just about zero.

Why must it actually be a public place? Can't you use a residence or commercial space as a set?

It wuld help some if you told us what the plot is.

E.g., sex in dark alley? In a airplane bathroom?

I have no clue what a 'Public Disgrace' video looks like.

i was thinking along the lines of being led on a leash into a park or maybe outside a shopping centre and 'offered' to people (not passers-by, but people i know)... then maybe being videoed serving/having sex with those people somewhere quieter (but still public - where people can see).

Sex in a national forest is illegal and if caught is a federal crime and is punished. At least around here and the Rocky Mountains it is. Hell, just whippin it out and peeing is legal trouble if caught and is considered a sex crime of exposure. Get a tent!
