I would like my first time taking a strap on to be special, something memorable. I was thinking if I could wear a wedding dress, or something. I just want it to be very memorable.

Oh honey, it'll be special no matter what you're wearing if you've never done it before... Just buy some good lube, and hope your top is sensitive/sensible starting you out. M

I think to make it special you need to talk to your partner and negotiation what will make it special for both of you. Make a list ahead of time of what you'd like to have, what you don't want to have, and then prioritize the "like" list and see if any of these are "musts". I'm not talking about things like lube though you may need to make sure you all discuss that too.

I'm with TammyJo on this... if you picture it just the way you want it to be, you could be disappointed in some way. Talk it over when the time comes and if you want something special to happen to make it more somehow, decide with your dominant how to do that.

I cannot use a strap on... and even a thigh strap on might hurt me. I can use things that are similar, but not the strap on... damn it! So I could give my submissive certain things and feelings, I can never give them that... not personally anyway. So if my guy projects and pictures things a certain way... it will be a disappointment.

It's going to be memorable regardless of any external trappings you might add. I suggest you don't don't put pressure on yourself or your domme to do anything more than allow yourselves to relax and experience it for whatever it's going to be. Being relaxed and comfortable with what's happening between the two of you is what's going to make it the most enjoyable and memorable for both of you.

Truth is, if its your first time you will be anxious. Anxious can be good if you have time to prepare yourself well. Truth is, second time will be better. Practise makes one at ease and makes for perfect. Enjoy!
