You mean 'their legos', surely? If there's one thing we're good at, it's self-derision :-) .

Hey, does anyone remember PforH saying on another thread that his tongue was a work of art?  It seems to me it might come in handy (err, tongue-y?) for the washing of the edible undies.

Sounds likely, considering the source! [;)]

I have that tongue photo on my HD if you're curious, Venatrix.

(Assuming that you would never be so unladylike to ask him for it directly.  I... being an uncouth bitch, had no problem demanding proof.)

PeonForHer -> RE: panty washers? (11/10/2008 3:31:45 AM)

Bollocks!

MsStarlett -> RE: panty washers? (11/10/2008 3:55:14 AM)

ahhhhh!  Dear Peon... You know that once you put something out there on the internet... it can go farther than you planned.

(But I wouldn't be so mean as to forward without permission.)

Oh I don't care about that.  Besides, if you did send that pic to V without my permission, I'd send her that pic you sent me after you'd sat on your scanner.

Let me explain about that excellent word "Bollocks". It's mult-adaptable.  When you know that lots of people are yanking your cord from all sides at the same time, but you're at a total loss as to what to say in reply, "bollocks!" is always a handy fall-back. [;)]

MsStarlett -> RE: panty washers? (11/10/2008 6:33:56 AM)

I prefer "Berma!"  But only twue dedicated Monty Python fans have ever heard the "Penguin on the Telly" skit.

oh... And if you have a photo of someone sitting on a scanner, I assure you that you have me confused with someone else.    My ass looks much better standing... nice and round that way... not squished all flat.

All of a sudden, a delightful little scene involving your wearing a school uniform, and me in my tweeds, flat shoes, specs, hair in a bun, and holding a cane is taking shape in my mind.  All you needed to do was add "nyah, nyah, nyah" to the quotation above.  It's too early for this.  I'm going to go make a cup of hot chocolate and look at the BBC's web site.  Something a bit more highbrow than the entertainment to be found here, anyway. MsStarlett -> RE: panty washers? (11/10/2008 6:46:33 AM)

I have a school girl outfit... Sadly, it was sent to me 2nd hand by one of my boys.  It's WAY to big... the shoes are like size 11's.  I wear an 8.  Actually thought of some fun photos to push that 'little girl to small to fill those shoes' fantasy.  I'll get around to doing it one of these days.  Now that Halloween is over, I'm almost over my cold, my hubby is now the sick one... it's always something!

If I had my slave do the laundry, I'd want him to do all the laundry. I see no need for him to wash separate clothing unless the individual pieces require it and frankly I find delicate cycle and detergent works fine for most of these.

I wouldn't do particular clothing by hand myself so how would a slave doing it help lessen work for me? He needs to do his chores quickly and well not in a sexy fashion.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: panty washers? (11/10/2008 9:48:08 AM)

I suppose I wouldn't care if he DID do his work "in a sexy fashion" if it didn't interfere with my day!

I have realized that I have no fancy underwear.  I am not sure if I should be sad or not...

That then becomes part of the problem.

If the slave or sub in question is doing work or service to be observed it will interfere with my day. When I want to play, I set aside that time, but a lot of my time is spoken for with various writing projects, teaching responsibilities and other matters.

For me this is one of the big differences between slaves and subs -- slaves can and will do work without need for direct supervisor, observation, or even feedback though feedback is a very good idea in my experience.

So is someone is washing any clothes by hand -- I remove panties from consideration because I think we all know this then is very likely a mere fetish fulfillment for the washer -- what motivates them? What do they expect to get out of that job? What helps them do that job? How does that truly aid or serve the dominant?

mummyman321 -> RE: panty washers? (11/11/2008 2:24:20 PM)

Actually I do wash several clothing articles by hand. Mostly delicate items that I do not want to get ruined. But this has nothing to do with D/S. I also cook, clean, and do the windows not because somebody wants it done, because it needs to be done.

But then again I am a sub and not a slave. And Yes I hope I can be sexy to my Domme all the time even if it is just flirting. I want her to think about me and me about her. It can be as simple as a wink or a gleam in the eye. The interaction is what makes life fun. But I can be shallow that way sometimes [sm=dance.gif]

herpet1313 -> RE: panty washers? (11/11/2008 5:11:16 PM)

Nothing sexy about the way I do my wife's laundry, Miss Tammyjo, but I do it well, all of it, and that does include all her hand washables. Most panties are cotten and washed with other things. The the bras,  lacy panties, more formal and/or dressier tops and sweaters, however, are washed by hand and never see the dryer. All panties are rolled and neatly placed in their appropriate drawer ( Mine are not and just get dumped into my drawer.)
 Like Darchclyde, it pleases me to please her and thus, both of us are very happy with the household duties arrangement we have.  By the way, I learned at my mothers knee, by wathching her as a young child in the early 60's. I will add that I am very glad that most clothing is permanent press these days. I was one of 4 boys all of whom attended a private school which meant my dear mother would spend 4 hours a week, minmum, ironing ours, my fathers dress shirts, and three sisters white blouses each week. Doing the math, and add in Sundays church attire and all the dress pants and pleated skirts and you get close 60 articles of clothing ironed each week. That was love, eh?
 Glad this thread hung around. While I often have a few minutes each day to peruse this site being the "wife" around the house and working outside it 50 hours a week keeps me quite busy.

thetammyjo -> RE: panty washers? (11/12/2008 8:16:13 AM)

I never said no one washes clothes by hand, folks. I asked how that helps the dom. If it's something she would do herself then someone else doing it is a huge help. If it isn't something she would do herself it's just a fantasy being fulfilled. Be clear about which it is or you end up with miscommunication and lower chances of success in your relationship.
