in fact, I did read the OP, as well as all the posts in the thread. It's a habit of mine. If you will re-read the OP, you will see that Michael uses the "piles of manure" analogy in a general sense, i.e., that in a two party system and, in his opinion, in the last few elections, at least, we have been presented with a lesser of two evils scenario. In your post, m'laird, you use it specifically referring to the president-elect. Big difference.
