He allows me to call him by his first name when appropriate, though, most of the time, it's just "love" or "Master" (depending on our company).

Sir in IMs and phone calls, Mistress or Ma'am the same way, but when we are in public, I have been instructed to call them by their given name.

So far I have been called sweetie, sweetness or sugar.

I call him Daddy, Or when that's not apropriate I call him my bf, or I call him my hunnie punny or my sweetie peetie pie.

I call my Dom(male) either Master, Sir, or His name. His preference, really, I don't mind either way. And the one Mistress I have played with, I called Her Miss Nikki.
I, on the other hand, am called many different names. *chuckles*

Starting off, my sub called me sir, I never insisted on it at first, it was her choice.  When ever she texted me she'd call me sir, but sometimes not. 

When we first met she didn't even utter the word. 

Now it's a rule that when we are either in private or around others in the lifestyle or others that know about the dynamic she is to call me sir, otherwise she is to call me by my given name. 

This will probably change to master when in person once I formally collar her.

I call him Master, most often, sometimes, when the circumstances are just right, I call him "Daddy". He calls me "dear one" most often, and sometimes, "child"  I take such an emotional comfort with such names. Makes me feel safe.

Up until recently, I called the only dominant in my life, Mod 11, because s/he was the only one spanking me.  

Now, I call Him Daddy (among other names it would be indiscreet to disclose here) but I hope some day to call him Master.

Master, most often. Sir, second (especially when I start getting emotionally or physically overwhelmed). Use His first name when referencing Him to friends. I'll also refer to Him as 'Satan' or 'The Devil' quite often as well...it's just a joke between the two of us.

ElleRT - Master used to call me 'child' all the time *POUT* But He hasn't for years...I should remind Him that I liked that hehehehe. I'm jealous in a good way *winks*

i usually call Him Sir, although i did call Him "snookems" twice... i thought it was enderring and oh so cute, apparently He um didn't agree.. and i later regretted it.

I call him Daddy in private or sir. I occasionally call him Master but it usually isn't as serious as when i call him Sir. I occasionally call him sweetie. I do call him by his name in certain circumstances. But it always feels weird.

I've come to notice the only time my full name is used is when i'm being aggrivating lol....then the Daddy voice comes out and its all over for me lol...but usually its whatever fits the moment, I like sticking to given first names majority of the time just that way there is no confusion when in a public setting and nothing slips.

It really depends.  Sometimes i call him "my owner" and sometimes just by his first name.
Sometimes  i say "Sir" and sometimes "honey".
It really depends on the context of the conversation and or correction being adminstered to me.

I just realized this too, the only time he calls me by my name is when I am being obnoxious or just plain awful. Other than that, he calls me Baby Doll or Baby. He stays Daddy most times no matter what. It is great to be loved and loved well.

i call mine Master, Sir,...Daddy Sir (for those soft touchy days) giggles....

As a rule, when we are out in the community or out vanilla.. i introduce Him by His name to others.

Well my Mistress had many names for we were also boyfriend and girlfriend the first time around.  I called her by Her first name, Mistress, and Kitten.

When referring to him I usually call him my Master, usually at home or play parties or whatnot I call him Sir, and if we're in vanilla company I call him his given name. Yup yup.
