Master is Master of my life and Master Vampire and thats all i call Him is Master unless around vanilla or family then hes honey or dear or some other normal term of endearment.

My Heart, Heelllppp eek eeeeek (in cases of giant spiders), yes Sir, dommy dear (when i am cruisin' for a bruisin'), and Master.

There is a huge list of things I sometimes call him in my head, like your grand poobah-ness and emperor of the dork-verse, but hey, we can all dream can't we?

He's my Master, my Sir.

But I do quite often refer to him as my Lion.

As primal and protective. Even seems to intimidate when he's not aiming to. He may seem scary but he really isnt. To me he's like a giant teddy bear of a lion. Lazy, cuddly, always looking out for his property. Still, he can be just as menacing, and can see right through you. To sum it up (and As I've said before), when he means to nip, he tends to take a limb or two.

Just thought I'd update this since I last responded about a month ago...I still refer to my Master as, well, my Master, and still do call him Sir....but in all honesty at this point we've been together long enough that I guess some vanilla seeps in and invariably I think I end up calling him "Hun" or "Sweetie" more than anything else when we're not playing, and I've noticed that at some point or another he started calling me "Sweetie" more than anything else haha. Either that or referring to me by the phrase "You're cute."
Mainly in my ditzy moments as far as the latter.
It's 5am...wow...Okay crawling in bed now haha.

I'm uncollared/unowned but I would imagine Master or Sir in the kink realm and some kind of special meaning words in the vanilla world.  Like a friend of mine calls her Master "Honey Bear" in the vanilla society.

I call Mine, My Lord 98% of the time. when in public I call him Sir or My Lord. Even when we spent a week at his Parents I called him Sir. not by his name. They did not seem to have a problem with it. If i spoke of him to them I still said things like, my Sir. Of corse I called his Father Sir also, so that might have been what did not trigger them. I think they just thought I was a old fashion southern girl , which I am. LOL.
I can not remember a time I have called him by his name. I have called his work if he was running late and then I used his name when letting them know.
But to him I can not think of a time I have called him by his name or any cute lover type names. Master sometimes but mainly my Lord. On the Gor boards as I am not considered a slave by their defintions I do sign my post LL's FC but LL stands for Lord Laraby.

I call Master "Master" so much it's seems odd to call him something different.  I've called him "Master" in front of the girl at the bank.. when waking up after a surgery i screamed at the nurses "you better get my Master in here NOW"  LOL

We were having a yard sale at some friends' house who had her mother there.  In respect for my friends' mother i was trying hard not to call Master "Master" in front of her.. so I was calling Master "honey"  but he wasn't used to me calling him that so he wouldn't answer when i called him..  *laughing*  i'm running behind him trying to get his attention "honey? honey?  HONEY!!  whoo hoo. honey?"   and he's just walking away like no ones talking. 

He calls me 'girlie'  so much so that his friends also call me "girlie".  a few don't even know my real name, just 'girlie'.

With Mine it also depends on the place since we are a 24/7 live in D/s couple. When we are with Family and non Bdsm Friends it is by his name during Play pretty much Master or at times when i feel like it i call him Big Daddy. He is my lover and my best friend.

i used to be REALLY hung up on names/titles with Him.  we were both pretty new to the whole thing...He wanted me to call Him 'Sir' right away...i did but it felt weird and unnatural.  He told me that when i 'feel' owned by Him to call Him Master...that was when we were online...hadn't met yet and it felt intense...i called Him Master after a couple weeks...He enjoyed calling me slut, slave, or the name He chose for me...lena
 
then...we met...and reality hit!  i went back to calling Him Sir...and in public would try not to address Him because i didn't like saying Sir in public.  eventually we began calling each other by our first names or little pet names and it felt better...more natural...He loves saying my name over and over but calls me baby which makes me melt...and sometimes calls me slut, slave, wench or whatever He feels like...
 
there are times for protocol 'yes Sir'....but for the most part i call Him by His given name or Handsome...and He calls me by mine...and i am not as hung up on titles anymore...

On an interesting side note, some of you may already know this. 

It was considered proper when addressing an envelope to a unmarried young woman to address it as Miss.  So when i was a younger girl i was addressed as "Miss Barb". 

In contrast, young men who were not yet married were referred to as "Master"    Master has letters from his Grandmother that are addressed to Master Doug.  

I just found this interesting and even though Master and i are married i would find calling Him "Mister" impersonal.

As things progress, I have added a few, I simply adore my Angel and most times that is still what I call him, but sometimes it's sir as in Yes sir... for you sir.. and sometimes it's Baby... as in Baby I miss you... ahh and I do right now!!!

i name my Master by His first name .and sometimes Master he lets me free in this choice and says i should adress Him in  a way that makes me feel good .

I use Master whenever i can, when talking with friends who are vanilla or family i use his given name. but oddly Master feels more natural to me than using his given name and i've found myself on the phone with him at work saying, "Yes Master" once my store manager almost overheard, one second sooner on her part.... i occasionally when sick, need a lot of reassurance or if we're working on a deep issue of mine i'll call him Daddy because i need the security but that's rare.

He's called me little one from the very beginning, even before we both agreed to start being "serious" with one another (will be formally collared in May) he also calls me slut (shudders happily), whore, angel, babygirl. And on very rare occasions; usually when he's feeling especially tender; he'll call me Melanie which is my given name, oh and pet. i get slave or kajira when i'm pushing the limits or when he's teaching or lecturing, or it's a high protocol day.
