Um did it once. Didnt really work as i was feeling bratty and pissy and i "wantish". What did work was Master daying "fine go do what you want" and magically i didnt want to anymore.

My former dom used corner time as part of my punishment.

He would put me in the corner for about 10 minutes. Then he would punish me…usually with a hard spanking…then I’d go back to the corner.

I always found CT to be very humiliating. The few minutes I spent there were dreadful.

many years agpo when i was in my early 20's and knew nothing of the Dom/Master sub/slave scene (talking early 70's here)
i had a girlfriend who was 17 at the time nearly 18
she loved to be spanked
so i would spank her on her bare butt then have her stand in the corner afterwards
some great hot sex always occured afterwards

now i know i was a beginning Dom and she was a beginning sub/slave at the time

I give my son time outs when he is out of control and I think the humiliation of getting the same punishment he gets drives me crazy. I am so not a pain slut and have very little ability to process the pain of the whip or paddle that it is a serious punishemtn- I'd have to have really f'ed up big time. Corner time works just fine on me.
