Nope. There's not a singe member on a BDSM web site who has never heard of them. They've never been read, researched, or even talked about here on collarme.com

To prove it to you, go to the top right and corner of the page and click on search. After that, type in the words "Story of O" and the "Sleeping Beauty Series." You can even try "books" and "stories" for seach word topics as well.

As you will discover, these two books have never been on a Collarme.com conversation.

Glad to answer the question

I did read "The story of O" years and years ago when I was only 16 ( if my memory serves me right ) I loved the book and I remember reading it over and over again. Guess that was my very first touch with BDSM.

i have read both of those books as well as the market place series.

the beauty series had way to much sex in it to be a good book to grasp. O i enjoyed as for market place i perfered that series it seemed to go into more detail.

am shocked no one has read it on this site. perhaps they have read screw the roses send me the thorns. i think is title

*sigh* out of the recycling bin:

Never read the "Beauty" series, but may order it from the library.

Read the "Story of O" online; motly did not like it.

"Story of O" - one of the worst books ever written.

"Beauty Series" - nice little fantasy, not to hard to read, can get boring.

Happy Sunday y'all!!

read the Story of "O" when I was 18(a long time ago!), and I just finished reading the last in the Sleeping Beauty series about a month ago.
"O" was fantastic, Sleeping Beauty was a fantasy to hard to imagine at times.

I have read both. They are both good things to read if you are new. The Sleeeping Beauty Series is pure fantasy and a fun read. The Story of O is a bit more thought provoking but also entertaining. I have heard some mixed opinions of both of these works much as you see here on these posts with the most negative criticism being directed at The Story of O. I hope you read and enjoy them.

Personally I enjoyed them both......Beauty is alot of the dream world but a great read for a great escape from the real world for we all need it sometime in life.

My all time favorites are the Market Place Series and a book I just finished called

A Matter Of Possession By GC Scott (very good reading and keeps you very interested)

Enjoy and Merry Christmas

Yeah....I think I've answered this one once, twice or more before, but in being charitable because needagoodmaster is asking this as her first post, I think we all should be kind. "O" was one of the nastiest pieces of writing I've ever read, both as a literary device and as interesting reading. The "Beauty" books had some redeeming spots, but all in all were way over the top. The whole idea of men needing to maintain an erection every waking hour? Whose ever heard of that? Oh right.....now I remember. There are a lot of young 18 year old men out there....lol

i only tried to read story of O on the internett, perhaps it would be better if i read it in a book format sitting in my cosy chair.

Yes.

I can think of a good dozen better erotic novels out today.
