I'm not offended by the thread in the least. Although I've called out the individual who started it as racist on more than one occasion, I truly believe everyone else is responding in a light-hearted and unoffensive way. If not, I would have been all over it.

I guess I didn't see it as weird, because I've been inundated with jokes like this the past few days.

Basically, the law on the books used to say, one drop of blood meant you were black. He is NOT as much white as he is black. I'm sure some will disagree. But I'm sure, as he grew up, he was treated like any other black man, whether he has white in him or not.

As my mother says, if he screws up he's black. If he does a great job, he's biracial. (She first said this about Tiger Woods, lol.)

I just wish I could decide on my least favourite colour to paint it with. Puce......what colour is puce? It really sounds disgusting. Rather like the perceived intent of the OP.
