Ummm, He's an ER physician, and I'm a nurse ...lmao When I say medical play I mean real medical play, and a lot of it is followed up by prophylactic antibiotics treatment if needed, especially where urethral play is involved. Sugar induction into the vaginal canal generally only causes a problem if there is an imbalance in the normal vaginal flora to begin with. Not that I encourage this, but occasional play of this sort probably doesn't cause a problem. Also, natural peanut butter contains no sugars unless you buy the no stir type. I'm into fitness and nutrition so I certainly don't have any JIF on my shelves.
