Chastity with piercings is always more secure than the non pierced variety; however, it is possible to get a snug fit with a non pierced tube. Some people put a CB3000 on once or twice and cannot seem to get the right fit, so claim it isn't secure. The trick to using a CB3000 (or similar device) is using the right rings and spacers.
To figure out the correct size ring to use, take a piece of string and place it over your cock/behind your balls like the ring will lay. Make sure it is snug but not digging into the skin. Tie it and then pull it off. Use the ring that is the closest in size to the string you just removed. (Sometimes, it may be necessary to use two rings. In that instance use the two closest to the sting size; however, be careful to not go down in size too much. You don't want to cut off the blood supply.) The next key to getting a secure fit is the use of the spacers. Remember that the amount of room at the bottom will be 4x the size of the spacer, so do not use a large one unless your balls are abnormally large. Your balls should be fanned out when the tube is secure.
It will be uncomfortable for the first few days until you get use to it, and sleeping on your stomach in it is not a good idea unless you want to wake up with self induced cbt. LOL!!
