Matter can from God... so it came from something and evolved. It came from nothing, yet came from something... just like any creation and invention.

well...if we agree that matter cannot be created or destroyed...it only transforms, or evolves... and matter came from God... then ..where did God come from?

The bible was written by men...and I refuse to believe what others tell me unless it makes sense to me.

...and that story about Mary and the way she got pregnant may have been successful enough that her husband (and millions and millions of people after him) bought it, but I personally don't buy it.

and that's just an example-

Actually, the "virgin" part of the story is a mistranslation. The original hebrew from which the story was taken translates properly as young Mary, not virgin Mary.

Funny to think that one of the major tenets of a religious powerhouse is based solely on a mistranslation. It's not as funny to realize that from the sixth century to the late middle ages people were burned at the stake for the belief that Mary wasn't a virgin.

Dear God,

Look at all the attention you have been getting. Good thing we all exist to amuse each other. Thanks for creation and dinosaurs.

With eternal love,
