OK, I'm going to out myself as a total anal slut here...
I started with anal when I was married. My husband was a dead fuck and I had to do something to keep it interesting. With him, I generally got on top and ran the whole show myself.

Work up to the next larger toy (or inflate the one in you.) Keep on with that process, through one session or several, until you have comfortably worked up to something approximate to your Master's size.
When you're ready to try the real thing, my personal favorite is to have him hold still while I back into him, or you can be on top. In either case, you're controlling the action, so there shouldn't be too much trouble with panic attacks. Personally, it turns me on to rub the lube all over his cock (when we use lube.) As for enemas, I like to do them once or twice a month as general maintenance. If I know I'll be having anal sex in advance, I usually take a plain water enema first thing in the morning, then a second for extra cleanliness. (I try to do this at LEAST 6 hours beforehand because sometimes it takes a few hours for all the water to make its way down to the exit.) That said, even if you don't, unless you're having some tummy issues at the time, you probably won't make a mess.
