I just created a character on that server. But according to a self-imposed rule, I always play as a female in MMOs. Can I still join?

Its weird, I know, but I just can't stand playing as a male character.

Yes but people will still know your gender and you will still be sub :)

Bleeding Hollow is a very high population server. In fact they have been offering free realm transfers to help cut it back. That may be effecting it.

Its not just WoW. Every other online game I play I use female characters. Even Maple Story.

And what would be a normal amount of latency?

it depends on your location. i'm on the east coast and i get about 30-70 ms usually

Well, I am halfway across the world and I regularly get 500-800 ms. Still pretty okay though.

Coming this week in "Women on Top"

I have never understood the gender-bending. I've asked just about everyone I've seen doing it and the response is always: "I spend a lot of time looking at the back of my character. I'd rather look at a female ass than a male ass".

Fair dues but, in my mind, you're telling the cyber world that you're female (and I have heard MANY stories of guys that get stupid enough to be "taken-in" by guys really pretending to be females. Ever seen the gold beggers in Goldshire/Stormwind, dancing "nekkid"?).

I have never rolled a female character but thought it might be an interesting case study in whether or not I get treated any differently by other players.

In the interests of full disclosure; when I am not doing anything of any particular importance, I summon my succubus on my warlock because I prefer looking at female asses, also.
