Funny thing, I am a fitness buff...I workout 5 times a week, weigh myself a couple of times a week, and I do it for ME!...Not once have I ever tried to talk anyone else into taking up an exercise regimen and if I like you , I wouldn't care what you weigh, if you exercise or not, as long as you are happy who cares? I have met wonderful people who were average weight, over weight, underweight or in a constant transition between one or the other. Feel good about being you and let those who worry about such things worry about the rest of it. Do what you do for you!
