What do you ladies do when approached by another dominant, I will assume male, who gives you the whole: “Do you have the courage to submit to me?”, “You haven’t met the right dom, get on your knees.” bullshit.  Do you just ignore them or do you have a good come back?

Depends on My mood.  If I make a reply, it's something along the lines of that I've yet to meet the man I would submit to in all of this time.  If I ever did, it would probably be to someone who had more class than to call Me a bitch in an introductory email.

I take the piss.  Sometimes overtly enough to make them throw a hissy fit and stalk off in a huff, sometimes subtly over a longer period, delaying the hissy fit/huff somewhat.

It entertains me - what can I say?!

I look at them and say, pleasantly, "I kneel to no man, and my submission is already given to the Gods." And sometimes I then laugh and say, "Besides, I have a chronic pain disorder. I tell them to get their heads out of their asses and stop acting like a child. It sounds like something a kid would say on the playground. "I double dare you to submit to me bitch!" lol They just want to provoke you is all and its very disrespectful. I do not know many male Doms who like it when a Femdom says the same thing to them. Its a matter of respect and it is a two way street.
