I actually do not like to drive. I hold a driver's license, and I drive often enough that I keep the skill up. But I don't like to drive. My co-Dominant husband prefers to drive, and since he wants to and I don't, mostly I let him, and I am driven about where I wish to go. (grin) I would quite seriously keep a driver if I were rich. He also has worked in various driving jobs since he was sixteen, and if he can delicately manuever a 53-foot trailer into a slot originally designed for a shorter truck without taking out utility poles, signs, other trucks, or the building itself on two solid inches of ice on three hours sleep in the last twelve, I trust him with driving me around.

My slave usually drives Me, however, when I do drive, I do not speed,but I do drive agressively. It is about tolerance I suppose. I am not long on that trait! LOL.

I like to drive fast, I like to drive slow, I like to be driven, he must be smart and safe though. Seriously, I doubt it's the occupation as much as the intent I'm driving. Need to get somewhere quickly? I will probably go bit faster. Of course, I prefer to give myself time or call ahead if I'm running late. I enjoy enjoying the journey as much as the arrival at the destination. Being driven is fun and relaxing as well. But arrival is surely the goal. The diversity of opinions expressed shows me that generalities are (generally) inaccurate in speaking of drivers by gender, orientation or career path.

Man, I am super lackadaisical when it comes to work. I'm a very fast (I speed like HELL) but defensive driver... not particularly aggressive. Aggressive drivers irritate me... I tend to want to screw them up, like... if someone is riding my ass and I'm speeding already, I want to slow down or turn on my caution lights so the driver feels like a jerk. I rarely act on these impulses but... haha. My mother is a very aggressive driver and I find myself cutting back on backseat driver remarks... Mom, you didn't turn on your signal... That could have caused a wreck. Please watch the center line. Haha. I guess I think of aggressive driving as irresponsible driving and defensive driving as... Being aware of what other people are doing while still obeying most of the laws. ...Except I speed a lot. Anyway, I would say there's not necessarily a correlation, I would think. Some of the most driven career people I've known have been incredibly submissive in bed and vice versa.
