At some point in time it is bound to happen the two of you may well be attending the same function and run into each other. You can ignore each other or say a polite hello.

You made a request of him to leave you alone and have no contact with you- has he honored that request when he in turn asks you to contact him? How can that be a reasonable request of him when he knows you don't want to ANY contact at all?

As you posted he hasn't honored your request you had had to block his email. You owe him nothing

I know you don't want to hear it, but this is the part that stands out to me. You think the chances of running into him are slim, yet you feel that you should write him... although you dread it. Could it be that you want to write him to tell him that you will be with another Dom? Could it be that you looked for an event to attend in his neck of the woods? Maybe there are lingering feelings from this relationship?
