Hmm, that's like asking if people see angels.

Some are going to tell yes, without hesitation, while others will say absolutly not...it all depends on what you believe in.

I have known at least two people (both women) who claim they can see (or sense) people's aura when they are with them. One is quite convincing and does have some 'insight' into people she meets, even total strangers.

The other one is, ........ well let's just say I take everything she says with a grain of salt.

I like the grains of salt. I don't know about angels, just know that some people are convinced that we all have positive or negetive forces about us!.

I have met people who say they can see auras and a number of them were believeable because they could tell Me when I was expanding My aura or changing the colours. I also have a photograph of My aura.

Nendarye's point is totally valid however. Each person will have their own opinion based on their individual experiences and belief structure.

Only if they are wearing a short skirt and bending over..<i>grin</i>

Seriously....sometimes i can see something around certain people..not really a 'glow'..more like energy emitting

My former sub saw aura's ... and the colors were important. According to him, mine changed after sex. lol

i see colors (auras) around people, sometimes they are just there, other times i have to concentrate to see them.
i can tell when someones sick as usually it appears to be a dirty orangy/yellow color around them.
i can tell when someone has some negative stuff going on around them by another color.
i can tell an angry person or a loving person.
Its nothing that i believe in, its just something i have always seen.
i have heard that the aura disappears just before someone dies, i always check the passengers out just before boarding a plane (true story!)

yes. they do. can. and will.

they can also sense when someone is ill or in trouble or upset without ever seeing them face to face.

some see dead people. yeah..sounds like that movie. but this i know from fact, not heresay.

and i think it is all based on how much you are willing to believe in something.

its like taking medication for an illness. if you believe those meds wont work or heal you, they wont.

and sometimes its hard to let your faith in anything go so far as to believe in something that maybe you cant see.

a tree fell in the forest. no one was there to see it fall. does that mean it didnt fall?

sincerely

I do. I always have. It wasn't until I was about five years old that I learned not everyone sees auras. I see it around some people, not all. I also see it around objects, even what we consider inanimate objects, a coffee table for example. I can only suspect it is because it is wood and was/is 'alive'. Anyway, my mother once had my eyes checked because of my claim. lol People either believe me or they don't, truly it doesn't matter either way to me, I don't tell what I see anyway.

I don't see auras, but I do feel energy. I sense moods, and am very empathic <or is that empathetic lol>. I've tried to see auras, and it just isnt something that I can connect with.

It is the same way for me as well. I sense/feel things but not just about people who I am very close to or I am in contact with. Sometimes I sense things about a complete stranger.

I tend to think that the better we know ourselves the better we are able to read others.

Yes, they most certainly do. I have a friend who told me he sees auras. It's a curse to him. He can read peoples moods, their sadness, they happiness, from their auras.

I very recently started to see auras however all my life I could sort of read people in general. In highschool my one friend didn't understand why I didn't want to be part of the "cool" group.
I said simple they're all fake. He sort of understood what I meant. I kind of find being able to read people a blessing however I have been known to ignore it and got myself into trouble for it.
So it's a mixture of both I sometimes see energy, but I usually just feel it, I find some people are harder to read than others which drives me crazy.

I have personally never seen auras around people or even entirely believed in their existance....until......

I have a girlfriend who got married a few years ago. When the pictures taken at their wedding came back we were all quite amazed. In every single picture taken of her new husband there is a white haze that appears to be emanating and surrounding him. At first she thought that the photographer had screwed up. Then the photos from family and friends got developed. In over a hundred photos from 6 different cameras there is not one photo of him that does not have that "glow" around him.

So I guess that ever since then, although I personally can't see them, I do believe they are there.

Yes, people do see auras.. I remember one of my teachers just glowing green... When I asked about it, I was told I was imagining it...

After that, I refused to see the colours around people. Now, I can just sense people and their feelings and can sometimes "see" the words they are about to say.

I think that everyone has the ability to sense things and/or see auras... It is just a matter of "tuning" in and allowing yourself to see them.

I have friends that feel and can move their energy..Also, one can see the auras..These people seem to be very empathic and sensitive to things around them. It seems to be something they had and further developed. I don't seem to have this..I wish I did..It's been very interesting..

Respectfully,
sultry
