perhaps you  wouldnt be in the position your in if you had used that reasoning instead of have a row with the b/f and not missed  the call.

Just my 2 cents

or.........

you could just grow up and accept the consequences for your behavior & actions/inactions.

Best of luck with everything.

And if I can figure out why the calls my teacher makes to my house number are not working, he could call strait into my bedroom and not into the main house, and whalah no more missed calls!

Were you able to get in contact with your teacher?  Are there any stressful consequences of your fight?

i hope everything is settled now.  i think i have to agree with most of the people here, you need to get some serious stuff worked out.  you need to get school worked out for you.  relationships come and go, your education is yours forever.  if you're fighting this much something is really wrong and the two of you need to make some difficult decisions.  it's not  going to be resolved if you ignore it.  maybe he needs to go stay with a relative and the two of you need to get some relationship help before you try living together again.   it could be the best thing for both of you.

YHMY, I am going to tell you what I instilled in my kids.......when they were still in high school.

Until you have a paying job, school is your job. Period.

Keeping that in mind, IF you were my employee, and I heard the multitude of excuses you've given in this thread, for missing work. You would no longer be employed. Period.

School is more than a place to learn how to do the specifics of a job, it is also to teach you responsibility and accountability. Two things, you have shown by your words in this thread, that you lack.

Time to start learning those lessons also or be prepared to suffer the consequences when you become employed........briefly.
