Dear Leader best be taking notes in between rounds of golf this week.  This time next month he'll get to face off against some folk who aren't awestruck by his simpering speechifying.

But, hell, if the leader of any non-Islamic nation actually thinks it's a good idea to sell weapons to Iran, they're obviously past the point of listening to any kind of reason...

Now Owner you know on jan 21 they are all gonna expect  him to have solved hunger, immigration, the bailouts, the banks/markets, everything that is wrong not just with the US but the whole world.

I just wanna know how much worse  things are gonna get in the next four weeks, how much is gonna come out of the "closet" \

President elects words during the invasion made me laugh hysterically. Russia has nothing to fear from him, they'll hold him in the same disdain as they do most western leaders. We need to get it through our thick skulls that Russia is not a traditional country, their history is one of the most violent and chaotic on earth. As a people, they are almost predisposed to authoritarianism, look at the mess "democracy" left. Putin came in and was USSR lite, and things got done again, albeit with some corruption that was "allowed" then stamped out. They are not us. We will never truly understand them. end of statement

20 years is a long time to forget about the non Islamic nations that thought it a good idea to ship not only Anthrax (a weapon of mass destruction) but the relevant research and technology to develop bio weapons (weapons of mass destruction) to Iran.

What is your opinion on this kind of reasoning ?

CL by the tenor of your five threads you seem depressed. For your penance say five Hail Marys and five Our Fathers after an Act of Contrition .  Then go to five meetings of the local chapter of the ACLU.  You should feel better. ( By the way, Obama has not been sworn in yet and so it is all the conservatives fault.).In your heart of hearts you know the liberals are right.  Do not fight truth, justice and the American way.  Fighting against what you know is right is the reason you are suffering.  For the next 30 days we are accepting converts.

No,  I did not realize your membership and I am truly impressed.  I will try to figure it out.  I did not expect membership in the ACLU as being one of your meritorious accomplishments.  Even the  computer is impressed; the bold will not turn off.
I think "laudatio"or" laus" is in order. (Took Latin in high school so probably is entirely wrong.)

Status: offline 		Oil, natural gas and weapons are three major Russian export articles. Russia is actively looking for customers. Russia does not consider Iran a threat (to Russia). Should Russia care what US interest is and why? In addition, Russia is the most important player in African weapons market and it is actively expanding into South America. In n order to restrain Russia weapons trade US needs to give then something that substitutes the revenue. I do not see what it could be.

Actually it isnt. Yes the last hundred years have been, but thats being selective. Russian history has been no more violent than much of the west, including America.
