My lady and I were having a discussion after wrestling around on the living room floor. She's frustrated because one on one there's no way she can physically control me. I'm a big, physical fit guy, and I won't pretend that if it weren't for my mental submissiveness to her she couldn't really make me do anything. Is there any way to tilt the field in her favor? I'd rather not have her waving a weapon at me, but is there was anything she could do or have or I could wear that would at least even the odds? I'v thought about martial arts, but as I'v had training myself I'm not sure how effective it would be.

So what do you all do about this? Or does this just mean that she has to get that much better at using what influence she has?

he acquiesces, and in play games like that feels no need to demonstrate strength, for it takes a man of great strength to kneel--he acquiesces.

end of story.

If you have had any martial arts training than certainly you must know that there are many ways to take the upper hand in a physical confrontation that don't require brute strength. Teach her some of those ways. Even someone of small stature and limited physical strength can have the biggest of men screaming and crying like a bitch on fire with the right knowledge.

The only thing i can think of is to maybe tie one of your hands behind your back, both of them, your feet together. From the descriptions you have given physically i can't see your lady getting an advantage unless it is unfairly.
Maybe you could find things that don't involve physical to challenge each other with. A game of chess, poker, a race, a quiz. Something she will kick your ass at fair and square.

I like erin's comment. If you have the knowledge, or know someone who has the background in teaching it, see if she is willing to learn some bacis submission holds including the safe use of pressure points. This BTW may well save her hide at some point if the wrong bloke lays a hand on her.

i feel exactly like you Tinkerer, i am 6'2'' and BBW, i have done a lot of martial art stuff and i can surely wrestle but for me submissiveness is a mental thing. but can get very physical once He pinch my nipple to make me go down on my knees. Have you ever tought about pressure points? unless you are unsensitive to those....( pretty rare but i met few persons who wre not sensitive to pressure points )

just my little suggestion

Bind your hands so you can't use your thumbs...use gloves with the the thumb duct taped to the side of the glove.

Yes you will likely have to find something to restrain your biological advantage in the physical arena. Ironbear has a good suggestion, but it can also lead to injuries until she becomes well trained in the use of some submission holds. her leg strength will likely need to be used, such as in a triangle choke (but I really do not recommend choke holds until well trained). Now if it were just an all out fight, dirty in fighting techniques work on just about anyone, no matter their size, unless you are trained to defend against them.

To me the ultimate high would be wrestling with a big , strong man, starting to lose - and telling him to "freeze" - and having him do it!   Talk about a power trip.

As for her winning a physical match legitimately - if she has to handicap you , then it isn't a legitimate match - its an ego contest. Perhaps she needs to look at the whole issue realistically - with you, she always has the upper hand - for whatever reason. . And thats the facts, man. Just the facts.

I agree with you regarding the potential injuries, but look also at the benifits and if she takes it carefully starting with some basics and of course use a safe word to freeze play injuries should be reduced to zeo.. Choke or sleeper holds I don't recommend but it is something I trained security pofficesr in  using a technique which is legal and defensible in court, if done correctly. besides some basif preasure points and strikes to the carotid such as the back handed blow to the carotid artery which causes a momentarily loss of balance and disorientation and in which time you can either take off for the hills, draw a gun or handcuff the subject, there is no dammage done...  It all just takes time and practice, lots of practice and care.

I agree lots of practice and care. Have seen many wrist, thumb, elbow, shoulder, knee, ankle, and toe injuries during the learning phase. I agree about the chokes, and definately no throat strikes in play. Maybe it would just be better to have his hands tied behind his back.

ok this is for a well trained person it is called : LATERAL VASCULAR NECK RESTRAINT ... i know law enforcement use it and some martial art school too.

The ''LVNR'' does not rely upon size or strength. The operator, irrespective, of gender or size can obtain control of much larger, stronger subjects once the ''LVNR'' is properly applied. There are some certification classes. The certification takes about 10-15 hours of your time.

I have been trained to the ''LVNR'' and believe me i have been put down by people half my weight and/or height. But i insist that this is for well trained persons only. The ''LVNR'' is the most medically researched and supported neck restraint in the world. Maybe spending time with your Lady learning stuff like that can be very interesting .... i know there are some self defense school in almost every midle to large city.

And don't forget to have a safe, sane and consensual play.

Have fun :)

LVNR, another name for those holds commonly called choke or sleeper holds and otherwise known as Carotid Restriction Control.. Most excelent in controling and sending to a few seconds of sleepy-bys by restroicting the flow of blood to the brain via the Carotid Artery. We always recommend that the subject undergo a basic medical after the hold has been released or at least carefully watched for a period. (Ok that is what the Law reccoments but not always applicable). Not necessarily the technique I'd use untill my partner and I were used to each other and she had experienced it a few times in practice. I do have a switch friend who loves breath control so when I do see her, she always askes me to use this to send her to sleep.. Actually, it is one of the very few things which work for me since I had a lot of nerve clusters dammaged and moved. I used to have fun when trainees tried various take downs on me and they didn't work.. lol

I agree with you IronBear and 100% that is why i recommand that they both have a ''certification''.

i am a sub and i have been trained to apply it and receive it, so i know when it is safe or not and when i am about to go to sleep. Breath control is one of my kinks and i so LOVE the feeling when i am about to go to sleep and when i ''comeback'' from that sleep

maybe i should start a topic on that....

As others have mentioned you need a handicap, like in golf or horse racing, to balance this out. One arm tied to your waist, both ankles chained together. Experiment and see what's needed. The experimentation by itself should be lots of fun.

I have to say that when applying pressure to the carotid artery you take a chance of dislodging any plaque build up. Dislodged plaque can become a blockage...a blockage can become a stroke. There is no way of assessing if this can or will happen when you do it. Not saying don't....but at least understand the associated risks.

Seriously, you don't have to resort to such huge measures to get control. Let me get my hands on something as simple as a pinky finger and I promise you that I could have that "victim" doing whatever I pleased.

Can do that too with the nose or ear. Both painful but effective.

Your average kid in the playground might suggest "how 'bout with one hand tied behind your back?"

Failing a little handicapping, you're bigger, stronger and have male hormones and sometimes you have to concede something just ain't gonna happen without you "letting it" - and (almost) no-one likes that brand of "winning"....

I rather like the idea of both having their right hands joined with a length of rope and see who wins.. Strength doesn't win as often as you might think though if the weeker person has both speed and agility.
