Practising deep throat? With another partner or solo? If solo, try.... vegetables, obvious ones (not very tick). Important is to exercise your larynges and stop the urge of vomiting.

sings Practice practice practice makes perfect!!!!! Hehehe. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE giving head...but I'm not the best at deep throating. I can do it on say every other swallow, but not consistently (not that i don't try!). My suggestion is to use your own toys (vibrators, dildos, etc) to practice with. When you're brushing your teeth, brush the back of your tongue too...that will usually stimulate your gag reflex but is very easy to learn to control from that sensation. Once you get the sensation figured out, you can learn to control it. And after you do it long enough and enough times...it will simply go away. POOF! Practice, practice, PRACTICE!!!!!

My advice.....just relax...you and your throat...and like everything else says practice.......you can also get something to numb your throat so it isn't so bad.....can't think of the name right just yet.....

I taught myself by practicing on a vibrator of appropriate shape (not while it was on, of course!). Every day, I put it in my mouth as far as I was comfortably able and then just a little further, and held it there for a few minutes. I could usually get it a bit further each time, and in a couple weeks I could deep throat. Also, it helps if you open your throat, like if you're yawning or saying "Ahh" at the doctor's. That takes some practice too and is something I'm still working on.

i am ok with going deep throat on my Dom, as long as i know it's coming or that i am planning it... but if He is fucking my mouth and pushes back without my "knowing" He is going to do it i gag [:'(]... He is currently working with me on fixing that issue... i agree with using numbing gels... check adamandeve.com or loverslane.com... they have gels that don't taste too bad... good luck

It kinda depends on the thickness as well. Are you gagging because he is touching the back of your throat, or because he is so thick that it totally cuts off the airway? I know that my not having a gag reflex makes life good for daddy, but if he is super hard and at maximum thickness, there is no way I can deepthroat him. This is timely...thanks for asking the question and all the helpful tips. Currently there is a Dom who loves deep throating as well and while I love giving oral, deep throating depending on their size just makes me gag. One other thing I heard was to avoid eating 2 or 3 hours before.
