I think it's a great idea. House of Differences was set up with theme rooms as well as access to the dungeon (which was much too small but better than nothing!) You could bring your own toys, use their equipment or even borrow toys from the cage. The main rule of the house was don't feed the dog! Miss E used to set out replenishing snakes.. fruits and such in the upstairs lounge and the atmosphere was generally low key and respectful with those resting in the lounge area speaking quietly etc. HOD was my favorite place to visit when I lived in the SF area of CA and to have something similar again would be wonderful. One of the things at HOD that Miss E did was establish memberships for a yearly fee so that people could come stay in a room, use the dungeon etc for a steep discount. For those that played a lot or stayed overnight to take advantage of the theme rooms, it meant substantial savings. For those who were only a one shot or rare, you could make a reservation and pay a premium to go just for the night. Lots of ways to work it, just make sure to dot your I's and cross your T's with the legal stuff and expect guests! HOD was almost always booked to capacity.
