Hrm...not a damn thing. That may change in the next few days...but I have less and less attachment to NYs as time passes.

The desperate scrambling for an illusion of happiness on NYs makes me sad.

We will be partying with the good folks at the Detroit Space, good company, good food, some of the best scene energy I have ever felt and hopefully our last scene of this year and our first scene of the new year. Sounds like a plan to me.

Every year my girlfriends and I get together, watch movies, and drink cosmos and any other concoction that suits our fancy. Last year we began a new tradition of hanging out at my brother & sister-in-law's, but that's a 2 1/2 hour drive and I'm not healed up enough to do it this year. So we'll do it locally at one of our homes here.

I am going to a party with most of the same group of friends I went to the Fetish Ball in October with. From what I understand there will be wristbands given at the door. Red for stop, yellow for proceed with caution, and green for go for it. Sounds pretty interesting, but I know I would much rather be spending the evening with Bob, no matter where we were and what we were doing. No matter how great the night is, I know the hilite of my evening will be when my honey calls me and I get to wish him a Happy New Year.
