Mine are courtesy of my Dr. 1. Quit smoking ( I haven't had a cigarette since 12/15/08) 2. Lose 10 lbs. Somehow I think once I've lost those 10 lbs., it will be another 10, then another 10, then another, and another, until I'm no longer considered morbidly obese. At least he was nice enough to prescribe a diet pill to help me. 3. Get my diabetes under control. Yep, more pills. Now, MY main personal one is to get healthy enough so that I don't have to take any medications.
