Baby wipes are fine----check the ingredients on whatever kind of wipe you are using, so that you're not using any kind of antibacterial or alcohol that will irritate the tissues.

You can *edit _use_ * (wipes) but I wouldn't recommend it. Enema is the way to go - and if you do I wouldn't recommend it more than once or twice a week unless you are willing to have an enema a day for the rest of your life. Also you want to wait an hour or so after the enema for the bodies' natural mucous membranes to replace the natural lube supplied (not usually nearly sufficient to completely replace additional lubricants).

The wipes have chemicals on them, designed for non irritation or not who needs the chemicals? Especially internally. Externally no big deal, wash afterwards.

Under normal circumstances, the lower bowel does not contain feces unless it is ready to remove said feces from the lower bowel (there are 3 anal sphincters; 2 at the entrance, and 1 higher up; to close off the lower bowel). That being said, if you are engaging in frequent anal sex, use a lube like KY or Astrogel. Human biology being what it is there may be a small remnant of ermm 'prior movements' but once everything is lubed and smoothed out per se use a kleenex to remove the unpleasant visuals and everything is good from then on.

Don't use enemas if diareah (sic) is in the picture - the body is working it's best to recover it's natural biology and and enema will prevent or slow this process significantly. Don't engage in anal sex during. Not a die hard rule but a good general one to follow.

Silicone lube is the worst for 'visuals', but some people like it - to each their own.

If there seems to be a significant amount of material even if no need for evacuating seems to be required, I would recommend a higher fibre diet, exercise, and if both of those fail a visit to the doctor for professional consultation.

I would suggest a thorough cleaning of the vaginal area after anal sex and after doing so, urinating to remove as much internal material as possible. Lube and sex have a way of spreading to cover the most area possible, regardless of position (although some are worse than others), cleaning then urninating (sooner rather than later) afterwards reduce the possibility of bladder infection.
