If not...a night in front of the tv like Nellie No-Mates with a rather nice bottle of chablis all to myself.

I"LL be sleeping, Diane will wake me about 5 minute till , will toast the new year, screw like mad rabbits and drop off to sleepy time..In the last 5 years we have been staying at home, to many drunks driving theses mountain roads..bounty

Auckland has been the first (oops, I was about to type "the fist", too much bubbles...) major city in the world to celebrate the New Year. With friends we just had a good time at home, nothing fancy, just good old fun. Nice fireworks, the best in a good many years.

Major city??? What about lil old Wellington, grins.

Has been and gone here too, spent it with friends (both in and out of the lifestyle) in town...reasonably quiet and sedate though
