ORIGINAL: YourhandMyAss Blushes, for some odd reason keeping a food log drives me bloody mad. I end up feeling compelled to eat MORE than I normally do, so I don't keep a food journal. However the food point lists would be handy! As for being naughty, hehehe, about an hour after breakfast I had 3 German cookies, and then at 12:15 I had two old fashioned doughnut balls, but I did go out and do some work, and I will not be eating the whole package of 25 or so doughnuts. Daddy bought a box for him and a box for me, and I told him no thank you, to a whole box all for myself, I'll just eat one or two and you have the rest. quote:
ORIGINAL: xxblushesxx Thank heavens I'm not the only naughty one here. I had an apple turnover, and it was delicious! Yhmy, have you considered joining Peertrainer? It's free, and you can log your food in every day. (which I was doing before my family started getting sick and dying...) I also kept track of my weight watcher's points on there. I have a list of points if you'd like it. I'll send ya the list, but, if you don't log your food, you can't keep track of your points, so, how do you know if you are following it or not? (at least for someone like me, who never really learned to eat healthy)
