Sure, but take it at face value, it's not going to be taken seriously and if he was really serious about wanting his kidney back he should have gone the whole hog, so to speak, and asked for the other one too. ~ Fast Reply ~ I agree it's never gonna happen and I agree that it's silly but I have to say, after all the crap my ex husband pulled AFTER I left him and before the three year ordeal of a divorce process was completed - - I would want my kidney back, too. I wouldn't legally request it, though, I'd rip my hand through his pathetic body and pull it out myself!!! [8D] (OK not really but it was a fun thought!)

My argument on this is that, Doctors tend to never be home. Women need a man (ok this is just in general). Doctors at least 60-70 percent are usually uptight arogant assholes who cheat left and right and leave the lil lady at home. Now this kind doc did give his kidney to his ill wife, that is very touching. However im just stating that if she supposedly cheated, maybe she had good cause for it. I mean that was a hell of a present, but ya cant leave the little lady at home alone, for that matter ya cant not give it up to the dom forever either!!!!! just my nonsensial opinion

Exactly, which is why I'm surprised that there's such a serious approach to this given that it's moot. Besides, who said there had to be consent for the removal ? Oh, a small thing such as the law... just a minor technicality for someone who actually wanted to do another harm. But...if he is that angry and/or hurt...he could publicly disclose her affair. An action only becomes threatening when perceived as real, and given the laws there, we know there's no possibility of this so no actual threat. If he did go to court for compensation for the act itself of giving her one of his kidneys, I'd like to see Judge Judy preside over the case, "Sir, you're a MORON, it was a gift. I have sympathy but you're not getting 1.5 million dollars compensation for something that was a gift. Take good care of the remaining one and in future, listen to MEATLOAF!" I doubt he's done his career any harm, he hasn't acted improperly or unethically and he'll likely have more clients than usual now... look at the plastic surgeon that performed the surgery on Kanye West's mother, who died tragically. This was a surgeon who had a list as long as an elephant's todger of malpractice suits against him - and they were flocking around the block to be treated by him.

What a twat and they say women are hell when they are scorned. Hes obviously after the money and to hurt her in as vindictive a manner short of having her knocked off, realistically no one in their right mind medically is going to remove the kidney, he has to know this, its all BS I feel sorry for the UMs Her.... well i am not gonna speculate, only his side is out there and thats sketchy at best.
