All I can say is, third year of medical school a guy is rushed in to the trauma center with a severed hand. He was actually a pretty decent guy who owned his on aircraft, but unfortunately that didn't make him a qualified mechanic. The man had accidentally stuck his hand into a moving propeller, and the gore was unbelievable. I know some people say blood and such don't bug them, but if you want to be a doctor you have to remember that this isn't the car wreck on the side of the road...YOU HAVE TO FIX THAT. Personally, I'd buy Gray's Anatomy (not the show, a textbook) and start hacking away at the material. If you have no problems memorizing the systems than you should be good. Do not start with the head or the torso! Start with the legs I'd say, and take it section by section upwards. Don't study skeletal, than muscular, then circulatory as all these things play an important part TOGETHER and should be studied as such. Anyway, that would be my advice. It's nice to give yourself a heads up on material before diving into something. Don't try to read Harrison's or anything silly that would be too complex. Just a warning, residency is the cruelest slavery on Earth.
