Asher, You might try volunteering as a firefighter, You could help people that way and see if you're up to seeing people all bloody and stuff... just a thought.

In terms of figuring it out, I'd look at the top 3 things that you need from work, and ask yourself whether or not you're getting these, and from which career are they on offer.
