In a bowl mix 13 cup Hershey's cocoa and 1/2 cup brown sugar.

13 cups of Hershey's cocoa = death by chocolate

Blouse???  i'm the nekkie slave at Bounty's ...what blouse.

How about chocolate angel food cake?  Add 1/2 cup of cocoa to a box of angel food cake mix and follow package directions.  The recipe i have also suggests a rasberry sauce to drizzle over it.

Or Pumpkin Angel Food Cake Or Orange Angel Food Cake?

These are NOT crock pot recipies - i hope that is ok.

You know you can flavor any angel food cake by adding  any jello mix as a substitute for part of the sugar?

Hey folks, I've not had a lot to contribute to this thread, but here is a chili recipe that Master's um made last night ... He made it with some hot chilis that he grew last year in the garden and then dried.  I'm really proud of him!
He got the recipe from this site.

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 (15 ounce) cans dark red kidney beans
  • 3 (14.5 ounce) cans Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup red wine

    DIRECTIONS
    1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until evenly browned. Drain off grease, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    2. In a slow cooker, combine the cooked beef, kidney beans, tomatoes, celery, red bell pepper, and red wine vinegar. Season with chili powder, cumin, parsley, basil and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to distribute ingredients evenly.
    3. Cook on High for 6 hours, or on Low for 8 hours. Pour in the wine during the last 2 hours.

My whole house smells like the spaghetti sauce simmering in the crock right now

    1lb ground beef
4-5 Farmer Johns spicy hot links (the big ones), sliced
1/2  of a large white onion, chopped
    1 28oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 6oz can tomato paste
1 jar Ragu Roasted Garlic spaghetti sauce
    4 tbsp chopped garlic, divided
1 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp onion powder
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    2 tsp sea salt

Mix black pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and sea salt with raw ground meat. Add sausage slices, onion, and 3 tbsp garlic and cook in large skillet until the beef is browned and the onion is tender, drain. Put meat mixture into crock and add remaining ingredients and the other tbsp garlic. Mix well and cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over shell pasta with garlic bread on the side.
    Yummy!!!

BTW, instead of cooking the shell pasta for my above recipe separately, you can add it dry to the crock 30 min to an hour before serving and give it a stir. The pasta soaks up the sauce instead of water, and the whole thing gets extra thick and yummy.

Pork butt, 1-2 bottles of barbecue sauce or 2-3 cups of homemade. On low starting early in the morning. When falling apart tender after about 12 hours, shred with forks.
Easiest pulled pork recipe I've ever made.

    Darn!
Why, oh why can I not get a crockpot here?
In fact, crockpots are more or less unknown in these parts, and now I desperately want one.

    Sandra, try this. http://www.lakeland.co.uk/slow-cooker,-mini,-two-portion/F/product/10722
You'll need to get a plug adapter but that's not such a big deal. They may have a larger one but I didn't see it, also didn't really go through the site thoroughly, just did a search for slow cookers in Germany and this popped up.

Greetings to all cooks who love simple and delicious!

This recipe is WONDERFUL….I generally cook it twice a week and is low carb.

    Ingredients:

    1 pork tenderloin
    1/2 cup of red wine
    Sliced Portobello mushrooms

Sear tenderloin, place in crock pot, add wine, sliced mushrooms and cook for approximately six hours on low.

    My variation:
I generally do not sear the meat and I use 1 cup of red wine (cooking red wine).  Turns out to be a great serve!

    Bon appetite,
    donna

    OMG is this good!!!

    Queen Anne's Chicken

3-4 chicken breasts (deboned and skinless)
1 envelope dry Italian seasoning dressing (i use Good Seasonings)
1 stick butter (or margarine) - melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 finely diced onion
    1/4-1/2 cup of cooking sherry
1  8 oz. block cream cheese, diced

Put chicken in a crockpot, and drizzle with butter ... sprinkle with dry Italian dressing.  Cook at low to medium heat about 8 hours.  (Or medium heat for 4 hours).  KEEP COVERED!

Once chicken is cooked, remove from crockpot (keep warm) and pour drippings into a saucepan.  When mixture comes to a boil, add can of soup, sherry, onion and cubes of cream cheese.  Turn down heat and stir until cream cheese has melted.

    Serve over hot egg noodles.

The prep is done and this recipe will be in my crockpot in the morning - cant wait !

Try Ebay.  A lot of sellers will ship internationally.

She's not kidding. I just had this for dinner and hereby declare it AWWWWWESOME !!
I served it over cous cous instead of noodles. I added a side of asparagus spears. This recipe is now part of my permanent collection. Thank you, Mistoferin!
