The presistant part I can understand the blocks behind this. But what ever happen to just simply meeting new people? People use to come on line to meet new people, interesting people, people that had the same intrest that they had. They simply talked about where they were from, weather, local events.




See the thing is, that people who contacto thers in the hopes of finding someone don't want to just causally talk, or say how ya doing they want something, and in most cases when the someone they apprached says no not interested then the one doing the aproaching see's no point in talking to that person further.


And from my personal veiw I talk to most any one if they're polite and can articulate well enough to be understood, but I'm not looking for more out of state friends or out of country friends. I'm looking for local contacts only, and talking is all well and good, but out of state. country people just aren't going to meet that need.

Alll though it is nice to get emails on here or in private that are not all junk. But the people doing the email usualy don't want causual how ya doing chats they want to find someone to serve under and will usualy continue bringing it up to you even after you said no. Which is why how ya doing how's the weather casual chat rarely works

My advice: be clear and firm about what you want and what you are looking for. While I generally tend to enjoy and demand intelligence and "a flashlight" in my girls, some dominants may not feel thus, and they are well within their right to have that point of view.

I havent read a more intuitive, creative, honest post like this one in a long while thankyou la90066.
In your summary of the two great divides you have put forth a challenge to those that a mind outside of scene is most welcomed and cherished.

One thing Sir has been explaining to me of late is to openly see and realise that what W/we have right now is only a path to the gate. Once time has passed opening the gate and stepping forth will be another journey altogether that the W/we will enjoy even more for all O/our toils.

I saw His desire to observe all of me, to respect me and further more cherish my gift to Him as a true sign of the powerful Dom He is.
Power does not have to mean brute force, but I believe its the WHOLE persona of the Dom/me. In finding that quality, strength and charisma in 1 human being that also has the skills to follow through in the physical is more definitive of who they are in lifestyle.
May sound pie in sky, dreamy or delusional to some but its what I searched for and found in my Master.
Having a clear goal or ideal also helps but should also be flexible or open to change or challenge.

This has to be one of the BEST posts I've read and it certainly reflects how I feel. Subs/slaves are human beings and they deserve to be treated with diginity and respect. Also slaves need to really take time and check out a Dom, don't just meet them once (or not at all) sell all you own, fly to some strange place to be with some stranger that you don't know. That person could be telling you the biggest bunch of lies and you would have no clue because you took him/her at face value. Also the paragraph about Dom's who want to isolate their subs/slaves, why do that? Why cut them off from family/friends and outside stimulation that keeps their brain going. I hear alot of Doms say I want her completely compliant..then she becomes that way and he goes around Saying Gee I don't know whats wrong with her, its like fucking a dead person and He's the one who killed her! Let the subs/slaves have friends/family and work if they want too they need it to grow.
I never understood how a guy/woman making minimum wage and no sort of insurance coverage ever thought it prudent to take on a slave. If the Dom can't take care of him/herself how the hell can they take care of a slave?? Also what if the Dom should get ill or die? How is the slave supposed to take care of his/herself? Most would panic and rush out to find another Dom without fully checking this new person out. You can't just leave a person with no money and no way of taking care of themselves it just isnt right in my book.
So before you take on a slave you better figure out how to support both of you in a decent style and have some ideas of how that slave would be taken care of should you fall ill/die. It DOES happen..

curious... just how much money should the Dom/Master be making before they take on a slave... should that amount go up if they have 2 or 3 slaves.... ?
