Cybil Shepherd & Bruce Willis in Moonlighting
Batman & Robin
Sanford & Son
Joe Friday & Bill Gannon - Dragnet
JD & Elliot - Scrubs

Way too many to list but that MSN list is pretty lame.

I forgot Rowen & Martin's Laugh-In.
They accurately predicted Reagan becoming president way back when.  In a segment they called "News of the Future", Dateline: 1980 President Ronald Reagan announced..."  The audience laughed.  Not so funny now...
