Status: offline 		If that works for you fine. My property does as I say, only gets to voice an opinion when I ask for it, or there is a "pit of spikes" in front of me, and I set the limits. It is what works for us.

OP, would you ever consider walking up to someone in the real world (i.e. outside...) and attempting to slap a collar on someone? Would you even ACCEPT a slave that would agree to drop everything and go away with the stranger with the candyvan?

This is not a roleplay... slaves do not mill around like cows waiting for 'twue masters' to come pick them up off of the side of the road.

Just a little while ago I was in a conversion with someone who called me out for referring to something as "very unique", because as everyone knows uniqueness is absolute. Something is either unique or it is not.

This is of course perfectly true for many things, but uniqueness in people is a lot more difficult to pin down. Everyone is unique, but some people are more unique than others.

I tried to explain that words have different shades of meaning in some contexts than they do in others. Understanding people involves understanding this.

Now I'm getting this strange sense of deja vu, and I can't understand why....

What I find amazing is those people who fail to understand that dictionary definitions of certain words do not match the BDSM definition of the word. Slave is an obvious one but there are others:

Paddling
dict def:   The act of propelling a craft through water using a pole with large end (paddle)
bdsm def: The act of beating a submissive with a flat implement

Scene
dict def    a view or picture of a place, event or scene
bdsm def: to play or participate in a bdsm activity

Bottom
dict def:     the lowest part of something
bdsm def:  the partner who is the recipient of such things as flogging or humiliation

I couldn't be bothered with more but there are plenty. Given that we all accept these differing definitions why can't we accept that the dictionary definition of slave is not the same as the definition of the word used in bdsm.

To the OP, really your profile and your posts come across pretty much as fantasy.
