There are various ladies who offer some protocol training...for a fee. But if you think they are going to place you with a Mistress afterwards, you are dreaming.

I would highly recommend Master Taino's training academy. I know several people who have gone there and got a great deal out of it.. all positive, no negative reviews.

You also might want to consider attending the Master/slave conference this year.
