I have a background in counseling psychology and while I don't consider myself an "expert" in sense of the word here, I think the only ethical, safe thing to do is to refer the questioning individual to a trained mental health professional, preferable someone who has experience working with people in alternative lifestyles.

do you mean it happens still? because way in the past...there was Persia (perhaps Assyria ~Iraq)..not Saudi Arabia I think. Perhaps that makes searching for the subject harder.

Status: offline 		Giving the OP the benefit of the doubt and taken his query at face value and not assuming its intended as a shock value post i would have to say its more than a little suspect as to whether its all the slaves idea or not(jury will remain out on that point)
However a cornerstone of my belief system is the old fashioned safe sane consensual rule of thumb in any lifestyle activity.

Is it safe?answer to that one aint rocket science
Is it sane?Highly unlikely
Is it consensual? negated by the above point on sanity but furthermore id argue it is not consensual as the OP has had a number of years to guide his slave away from the idea and to positively encourage his slaves self image as it currently stands without bits being chopped and whittled away.(In other words have you directly/indirectly encouraged this obsession to the point he now feels it would please you ?)

Some years back a submissive of mine that i was deeply devoted to asked on seperate occasions to be allowed permission for the following....

1)to have my name branded on her ass ...I refused on the grounds that it remained uncertain whether we could manage to organise our very seperate lives in such a way as to allow a 24/7 relationship any time in the near future....my refusal was based on the need to ensure that should we not work out long term then no harm done(unfortunately it was nt to be but thats a whole different story)

2)To have a piercing and in turn a padlock placed over her vaginal lips as a form of chastity and symbolic of my control over her...Once again i refused for the above reason but also i had concerns from her personal health when we spent so much time apart.(on both counts i was tactful in refusing by saying no not at this time but i would review as and when we were 24/7)

By comparison these are both very mild to the OPs query as neither would cause any real harm , ok it would be unpleasant to have an Xs name branded on your butt she could have had it cosmetically disguised.My point is that both decisions to refuse were based on what was best for her.

I believe if what you say is true then you really need to question your motives for not disarming his obsession years ago and also question how responsible you are being to someone that you are apparently responsible for?.

As previously mentioned your first port of call should be counselling and not a BDSM message board.

Since you will not do it yourself or encourage him either, then send him to see a professional who is qualified to give you the answers.
