I've been talking to a potential slave for about 5 years or so and his biggest dream is to have his penis removed.  It's gotten to the point that's all he talks about anymore. 

Anyway, this last week I decided to search around for information about a Penectomy which led me to joining BME.  On BME I saw some very interesting pictures and then read some very intriguing stories as to how they got their penis cut off.  I was amazed to find out that these extreme body modification were self done.  I used various search engine to try to find out more about the actual cutting but came up with nothing.

I'm wondering if there is some published source on how to do these?  Is there a manual or is it all word of mouth among the few that do this or are interested in doing it?

Any information and knowledge you can give would be greatly appreciated.;

I'd suggest taking him to a medical doctor and gain your information from people who actually know what they're doing.

The desire of one to have their body modified does not grant you the right to do said modifications legally when they include dismemberment. Case in North Carolina a few years ago sent a couple of Dom types to prison for performing castrations on voluntary subjects.

Know your laws. There's a good chance that what you're wanting to do is illegal. Of course, many things are technically illegal that are practiced within the BDSM community. Anal sex is still illegal in some places I guess. Tying one up and beating them is probably illegal. There is a difference though. Dismemberment has lasting and obviouslly visual effects and both parties agreeing to it doesn't make it legal. Shrug. It doesn't take your boy being mad at you to land some local deputy types in your front yard. Just someone else having the knowledge could do that for you once it gets around that you whacked his pecker off. Of course, you didn't, but you know how tales travel from person to person. By the time it hits the person who will do more than whisper about it, you'll be running a prison that you dug out from under your house and who knows what attrocities you practice down there.

Just saying, this is one of the things that has a decent potential of being prosecuted, even if he does want it.

Most cases I know of will also require lengthy psychiatric and psychological consultations first and a document stating that the subject is of sane and sound mind.

Doing something with the proper training is entirely different than doing something you saw on the internets once. Do you have any sort of  a medical back ground to begin with, or are you basing your credentials on the ability to use a table knife?

Trust Me, you needn't lift a finger, by the time they get through the profile, expectations, rules and regulations--it will simply fall off from atrophy.

As I have said before... when things are this extreme it is not healthy. This is beyond body modification. It's not only dangerous; it's life threatning. Both you and your sub should see a doctor and get therapy. If after lenghty therapy your both still set on this see a medical doctor.

Just because you read or see something on the internet does not mean it's true or not photoshopped. For all you know the examples your viewing are untrue. I suspect the reason you can not find detailed information on the actual cutting is because there is none. Removal of the male organ involves intimate knowledge of anatomy, blood vessels and nerves not to mention the cosmetic aspect and after care to prevent infection.

It is entirely possiable he will bleed to death.

I first wanted to make a remark about the manuel; open door..put penis in between...close door.
But actually the subject is not so funny. I find it a scary thought people ask such.

Overhere where I live you propably won't find a surgeon to do that also. Thank god.

I used to be a member of BME for a long time and while the stories are true of penile removal, these people also ended up having physical and mental problems down the road. They just happened not to mention it in their little paragraphs on the site.

I would suggest your boy talk to a medical dr and a psychologist. There's a whole helluvalot going on with him than what is on the surface.

Of course peoples, the OP hasn't said specifically that he wants to do the deed himself. It just could be his macabre humour or curiosity and a need to know the gory details and yet have a surgeon do the deed for him on his slave. I could be wrong, but it is just a thought.... I actually have several acquaintances who are like the OP in that they will read all available material and anything else regarding an impending surgery.

Also note the op is talking about a "potential" slave he has been talking to for 5 years. I strongly suspect they have never really met and this is just a fantasy. None the less they are contemplating a very serious thing and if they act on it very serious things could happen.

i read the OP's profile..where the rules are endless - and in my opinion seriously removed from real life - it seems to be a fantasy all together... but no where is it mentioned any desire for penis removal on any of his potential slaves...so this made me think he just tossed the question out there for some entertainment.

my quick reply - if someone has such a distorted look on himself and his body - i would suggest counceling and if need be - in a hospital - under observation and treatment for as long as it takes.

ONLY a medical doctor should even attempt to try this - and i seriously doubt anyone would - since this clearly shows the mental state of a disturbed mind.

OP and "potential slave through 5 years" - seek help!

Man came into the ER of the hospital that i work in - he had cut his penis off, and ate it. Have the pictures to prove it.  Needless (do i really need to say this?) to say - he is well known to the psychiatric floor.

It took a couple of hours for the doctor to debride the shaft and close the skin - and now he has a urethra flush with the skin   -   no penis what-so-ever!

Rather than a do-your-self job, i would recommend he goes through the medical community and get it done properly, if they agree. If he really does have body dysmorphia, eventually they probably would do it.   If it is a fantasy fetish thing, then [8|].

Extreme body mods cross the line between the tattoo and piercing parlor and the practice of medicine.  Since most surgeons are not into this, or at least not openly into it, you are not going to find an illustrated guide.

The biggest problem is post modification regret.  Tattoos can be removed, piercings can be revised, but when Mr. Happy is gone, then he is gone for good.  Any competent medical professional is going to put this slave through the same psychological testing required for a gender change operation.  I doubt he will pass.
