I think the only "trick" is keeping your eyes and ears open with potential partners until you find one who wants to submit to you, and then you just do your thing . . . but be sure to keep your eyes and ears open so you can keep everything under control.

What is the single most important thing that makes a good Dom? I mean you have women coming to you in droves....please respond. I have it and cannot keep up.
