Damn, my tits are killing me today!
Do you ever get that "heavy" feeling?

FRSguy -> RE: Men and Femininity (1/28/2009 10:33:11 AM)

I am not really sure exactly what a feminine side is. I kind of always felt that men woman feel the same things but express them differently and cater to emotions differently.  As far as letting my feminine side out… not really sure how that is done.  I don’t really make any sort of attempt at it or search for it because… well, I am not a woman.  I enjoy having friends. I like to get laid on occasion.  I like to be trustworthy. I like having an income.  Its not that I think that woman are not trustworthy, don’t have incomes or anything like that its just that I think a man acting as a woman wouldn’t have as much of those things or have more difficulty in obtaining them. Although, on occasion for some unknown mysterious reason about once or twice a year I have this problem where a nipple will itch and be hard and irritated.  I really hate it when that happens because it rubs against my shirt and it irritates the hell out for me.  Have no idea what causes it.  I would think in a way that that would be feminine because I have never heard another male address such an issue. I have heard the issue of toe hair coming up. That is close I guess. I have been on business trips where guys have shared there family photos from the cell and talk about  kids with us while drinking but they always do something weird to make up for it like spending a ton of money on a prostitute or something equally kind of out there. I could never figure out how that works for them.

My feminine side is my left side. Except for my feet. I think my right foot may be a girl, given what you say and where I am often tempted to put it. There do seem to be some guys who sure seem to want it.

I do slip and wear pastel colors and I must stop that.  I figure around the house who cares- but locally men are men and woman are woman.    so I stand out like a sore thumb in pastels.

FR:

For those who say that there are only cultural differences between men and women, some interesting information:
In general, men have approximately 6.5 times the amount of gray matter related to general intelligence than women ...

... The gray matter driving male intellectual performance is distributed throughout more of the brain.

Draw your own conclusions.  [:D]

Let's look at the study a little closer, shall we?

Men and women use different brain areas to achieve similar IQ results, UCI study finds

Irvine, Calif. , January 20, 2005

While there are essentially no disparities in general intelligence between the sexes, a UC Irvine study has found significant differences in brain areas where males and females manifest their intelligence.
The study shows women having more white matter and men more gray matter related to intellectual skill, revealing that no single neuroanatomical structure determines general intelligence and that different types of brain designs are capable of producing equivalent intellectual performance.
“These findings suggest that human evolution has created two different types of brains designed for equally intelligent behavior,” said Richard Haier, professor of psychology in the Department of Pediatrics and longtime human intelligence researcher, who led the study with colleagues at UCI and the University of New Mexico.”

Errr... so you agree with Firm that there's more than cultural differences between men and women?

Psst... sorry, but he's taken.  [;)]

That's a damn shame, Treasure. I could have killed for a little bowl of shark fin soup.

I can't believe it!  A man who doesn't like anal sex!  I have never had anal sex with a strap on, only the real thing!

ladydezyre -> RE: Men and Femininity (1/28/2009 8:34:00 PM)

Believe me when I say my sweetie gurl is very in touch with my feminine side, it doesn't matter what clothes she is wearing (if any!)

ALAstella -> RE: Men and Femininity (1/28/2009 8:57:24 PM)

I think the world would be a much better place if some people got more in touch with their human side and embraced humanity for what it really is rather than expect others to conform to ridiculous gender, sexual, ethnic and national stereotypes or ask why when they don't.

Humans are the freaks of the animal kingdom. There is no why. Besides, isn't it cool to be different, to be yourself?
