[ Insert a few tears and sniffles] Ugh, I'm so pathetic. Finding a dominant is so hard. Maybe my standards are too high, but there have been people who raised the bar for me. Why does it have to be so hard :( For instance, I have been talking to this man via messenger. I was actually really interested in this man. Tall, handsome, in my age group, and some experience under his belt. Than he goes and tries to pull the internet protocol card, just because I'm a dominant. I tried to explain to him that is not how I do things, and that's I have to respect him as a person before I can respect him as a dominant and he said, "I'm not longer interested in you, good night". Which is fine with me. I mean, it was probably better that way. The guy was probably a serial killer, or someone who pretends to be into the stuff, but really is just on a power trip and wants to get laid. I just wish, finding a dominant was easier. It's been so long, and I just keep finding pond scum. [insert long sigh] Maybe its time to dish out $$ for an alt.com membership.

Ok..I took a look at your profile. You are young based on your profile and married so your pool of Dom's may be smaller if you are looking to add a Dom to your relationship. There are several munch groups in the greater Sacramento area. I know one group meets twice a month. I don't know if your need is to submit or the physical play other than sexual and there are several groups in Sacramento that do offer play parties on a monthly basis. Just some ideas. I know sometimes the need is so great but sometimes focusing on others, being involved in other interests will ease the feeling of desperation.

I used to attend the munches in Sacramento. I want to say that I don't discriminate, but age is a factor. Because of my age, it is hard for me to open up to a lot of older men. You're right though. Maybe I'll start attending the local munches again.

I do agree your pool of Doms is probably smaller due to being married, but there are lots of polyamorous people or even I'm sure Doms looking for a non-sexual relationship out there if thats what you want, so I'm sure you will find the right one for you. It's a very good thing that you are willing to stand up for yourself and NEVER bow down to someone that has not earned your respect. If these idiot Lord Allmighty Internet Dom types can't respect that, then they don't deserve you. Best of luck :)

I've thought about responding to your profile about a million times, but as someone with just an ounce of exeperience I feel much too intimidated. You did seem like you had high expectations and I just felt like I wouldn't catch your radar for the simple fact that I don't have experience, even if was of the caliber you were looking for.
