It seems there is alot of serious stuff when we start talking about BDSM.   People are often speaking about how to do it safely and how much a pain slut they  or that they do it because of some childhood experience are etc etc etc.  But are you havin fun seems to be forgotten  or at least it's not talked about as much as all the other stuff..  In the.. for me.. it's suppose to be fun.... I want to have fun and love to laugh!!!  laughing, giggling, joking, kidding, smiling are just as important as soaring into subspace or bending the girl to my will kind of stuff and maybe even more important at times.

I have had more than a few occassions where I have started laughing in the play and so have Alandra and Kyra.  I have on occassion laughed so hard that a pause was needed to catch the breath.  for me.. these experiences are rather important and even required to have from time to time.  I don't set out the scene to cause laughter.. but neither do I ever inhibit if that is the way the current is taking us.  I embrace it and encourage it.

So.. do you laugh?  how does it play out for you?

Daddy and i don't engage in scening or anything that we would label "play." so during service, use, discipline, training, etc...laughter would never be appropriate. we are not playing a game or engaging in something light-hearted.

now in our relationship overall of course there is lots of laughter, fun, joking and playing around....just not when it comes to service and the like.

I chuckle when I'm enjoying myself, so yes.

Antheia -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/12/2009 2:44:22 PM)

Yes I have laughed, giggled etc etc. When I was owned there were many times when Master and I played that I couldn't help myself. I just broke out laughing. He could be using the bullwhip, a feather or wax and suddenly I would be lauging uncontrollably. This seemed to amuse him very much. Me, I still have no idea why it happened. I just know it was a wonderful experience for me and hopefully for him too.

what a fun thread!

Oh yes we laugh, much more often than we are serious.  I love it when Master does like his silly little naked three stooges jump walk type dance thingy and tries to make me laugh.

Laughter shows the human side of people and i don't trust people that can't laugh at themselves.

One of my favorite laughs is when Master decided to try out a speech restriction on  me.  I was not allowed to talk unless he looked at me and nodded his head giving me permission to speak.   Well 30 min later he forgot this restriction, had his back to me asking me questions and would not turn around to look at me until he got frustrated and turned around and yelled "why aren't you answering me dammit?"  LOLOLOLOL  and then burst into laughter when he say my face and how hard i was trying NOT to speak until he gave me permission.

~FR~

I am a giggler!!!

I giggle when I get hurt, I giggle when I hurt someone, I giggle during sex, and so on. I giggle when nervous, when scared and when I find something funny which is pretty darn often.

I have a tendancy to giggle during a scene if I'm getting hit (or not) up to a point, eventually I will move into the state that comes after the giggles. I tell anyone I play with upfront so that if they have an issue with it they can decide not to play with me.

I have a mischievious side that drives me to do things just to see what kind of reaction I'll get as well. and I find the oddest things funny as .... heck

QuixoticErrant -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/12/2009 4:12:36 PM)

I think humor is very important almost always.  If you can laugh together it keeps everything human, and it is great bonding (no pun intended.)

YourhandMyAss -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/12/2009 4:22:26 PM)

IT wasn't a bdsm blooper, but Daddy and I were on the bed , and he got the grand idea to throw some of the stuffed toys on me and one hit me square on the head, and I lashed out playfully, hitting him square between the shoulder blades( I couldn't see I had a teddybear on my head blocking my view)

Well even though it hurt a lot we were both laughing so hard we were helpless to do anything else but laugh. He kept saying ow that hurt, while laughing and I kept trying to say sorry but you did start it, but I was laughing to hard to really talk.

IT is grand fun when he starts making me laugh so hard I am helpless to do anything but laugh.

Of course I laugh.  What else does one do when one of those "BDSM bloopers" happens?

YourhandMyAss -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/12/2009 4:29:15 PM)

My X's dog , would go and sniff the bedsheets then lay down after you were done having sex.

And one time during sex play, the same dog  who was not a cuddler, normally, decided to lay down and go to sleep right where we were about to have sex.

They seem to have a knack for interfearing, don't they:P

lets face it sometimes funny shit happens at the "worst" of times, and if youre human, ya just gotta laugh. kitten and I have two dogs for example....(we are by no means into any beastiality) but in the past our beagle who is a mommas boy 110%, when we are in the throws will suddenly appear beside us lookin at me like .....WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING TO MY MOM?????????.....like I said ...ya just gotta laugh

YourhandMyAss -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/12/2009 4:36:03 PM)

Daddy was laying on the bed, and I was sitting up and he said come kiss me I have to leave for work and when I leaned forward to kiss him I put my boob in his eye. It was really funny and we both just kept laughing, Kissing upside down is kind of funny too.

And then he was trying to pull me over sideways and it hurt and I yelled ow it was  in his ear,  because that's where he was positioned and the way it worked out, my mouth by his ear, so after that he was like huh what? I can't hear you I am deaf!

And one time he pretended he was going to body slam me and instinctively my knee came up and I rammed him in the chest with my knee, and we were both laughing only he was laughing and howling.

Sometimes, if he's really energetic and silly he'll climb on me and mimic sex, only he's like pulling back and slamming my hip really hard with his pelvice, and I'll just be howling with laughter and be like oh yeah oh yeah oh baby, an  he'll keep on doing this wildly exagerated humping, just slamming into me so hard I move with the impact, but we're both breathless with laughter afterwards.

I feel that there's a time and place for everything. Having said that...Sometimes funny things just happen. And when they do, I laugh. My little girl and I do laugh a lot. Wherever we are. Often in bed, talking and cuddling. Or somtimes I'll hold her down and tickle her. That's about as close as I come to planning any laughter to happen. It's funnier when things happen to make you laugh that aren't planned. I couldn't be one of those Dom types to walk around all serious and stern all the time. Sometimes you just have to laugh. Life is too short.

AWESOME question!!!!!

When I come (cum), I laugh my ass off (prodigiously).  A previous Domme was extremely upset at that...I couldn't help it.

Imagine every endorphin pump working overtime....guy having way the fuck too much fun....I am enjoying every second (particularly the last few)....nothing could be better than the last 7 seconds....

Now...it's not exactly like I just heard the best joke of my lifetime....but...(well....it's pretty fucking close).

She didn't appreciate that.

Yeah...I laugh....my ass off.

(I gotta find a woman that can appreciate that LOL).

Ah well....fuck 'em if you can't smoke 'em.

LovingMistress45 -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/12/2009 5:55:03 PM)

I love to laugh and often laugh during scening. Last week I was doing tit torture with a femsub and kept laughing which cracked me up. It was a lot fun. Laughter is wonderful stress relief.

LadyPact -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/13/2009 5:31:37 AM)

I'm glad this thread came back around.  Since it's creation, I had an experience that I thought people might enjoy reading.

Last weekend, clip and I made it up to Atlanta.  For reasons too boring to list here, we didn't play during the Saturday evening event.  Instead, we played the following morning.  I can't say exactly what it was, but something made the play click just right for Me.  I don't know if it was needed stress relief, or that I was finally relaxed, or some kind of reason that I wasn't aware of that occurred.

Anyway, I had a great space through the scene, which escalated during after care as it often does.  As a top, My head buzzes just a bit more after the bottom has their after scene needs met.  Quite happy in My little endorphin rush, I stepped outside to the patio, and then it happened.

I started giggling.

I wasn't laughing at something funny.  Nothing comical had happened.  I just had this case of the giggles that wouldn't quit.  The more I giggled, the more I realized I couldn't stop giggling, which fueled the giggling just that much more.  It went on and off like this for somewhere around an hour or so, well into grabbing breakfast down the street.  I was quite sure that many of the other patrons thought there was something seriously wrong with Me as I giggled over My pancakes.

I've never been prone to giggling while in top space.  It was very unique for Me.  Oh, and clip got a tremendous kick out of this by the way.  Every time I'd try to compose My silly laughter, his face would light up as he'd encourage Me not to try to hold it back and just enjoy it.  I think it was fun for him to see Me so happy and it wouldn't surprise Me one bit if he'd like to see the reaction repeated.
