I don't think I am smoking hot when I hang around in sweat pants, no leather, no makeup etc. You'd be surprised, I grew up in Germany and was actually considered everything but attractive in a vanilla way, not exotic enough to be exotic but not familiar enough to appeal to them, yet I did strangely enough appeal to them in a BDSM way.

There is a difference between men being attracted to you in a vanilla sense or a BDSM sense, guys who wouldn't be attracted to me in a vanilla setting are often attracted to me in a BDSM way, I think essentially the trigger for submitting is sexually driven. It doesn't have to mean sex, but subconsciously there is something sexual about it... In most professional sessions no sex ever happens, yet the dommes do dress in a rather hot way.

There is not a lot that does drive people, we have a couple of essential trigger points (food, shelter, sex....), and most guys would not pick a domme if they are not in some way attracted to her. When was the last time you heard a guy looking for a particularly unattractive or frumpy lady to dominate him? Tastes might differ and they might not look for a conventionally attractive woman, but usually they do pick somebody who does do something for them.

Most men would choose a hot babe if they are hiring a pro. Since the cost is about the same, why not pick one that is sexually appealing?

I wouldn't put it quite as simple as "hot babe" but simply something that triggers their urge to submit, I don't think it's any different in BDSM than it is in vanilla, nobody goes out to find a desperately unattractive partner.

Something in the domme needs to appeal to a guy, maybe there are a few who really don't care how she looks at all, but they seem to be rather well hidden.

I don't think it has anything to do with pro or life-style, if you are going to a party, who do you see mobbed by potential slaves? The not so attractive ladies or the more attractive ones? Of course we can go on and on how shallow it is, but you can also go on an on about the seasons or the weather, it's not going to change it.

The difference between us and the wife is simply that she can hurt him more with a divorce and is tired of the complaining so they have to come here and complain to us.  It doesn't surprise me that they can't pull it off at home anymore and need to seek elsewhere.  I am sure there are many wive's who would be sadistically happy that they aren't getting it anywhere!

Thanks for the vote of confidence, but I almost killed the poor postman the other day, the apple and honey mask made me look a little bit like a partially decomposed corpse, hair in a top knot and me in paint stained coveralls, eagerly opening the door resulted in postman jumping back and screaming. I've noticed an ugly trend that many male submissives in general feel entitled to the attentions of a domme no matter what their life situations, and are frustrated that they can't get one.

Look. If you are not very physically attractive, not available, or otherwise not willing to put much effort into building a relationship with a woman either as a friend or a romantic prospect, don't be surprised that you get rejected by the 2-3 lifestyle dommes that live in your area.

Go to a pro. They will give you the quickie you want without involvement.
