ok, i'll start:

Spinal Tap, "Bitch School" (a photo of a girl on all 4's)
Funkadelic, "The Electric Spanking of War Babes"
Slaughter, "Stick it to ya"
Living Color, "Stain" (head in a cage)
Ohio Players, "Pleasure" (tied woman)
Lee Aaron, "Call of the wild" (she's on chains!)

How about...

Pat Benatar - Get Nervous (Pat Benatar in a straitjacket)
Hugo Montenegro - The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (60s model-girl in spy-spoof scene with manacles over an overhead pipe
Iron Maiden - Piece of Mind (Eddie (band's mascot) wearing a straitjacket and chained in a padded cell
And the astonishingly aptly-named Music For A Sadomasochistic Scene by master/slaverelationship. (I don't own this album, but the www.masterslaverelationship.com site lists the various musical projects by this group/artist. I have no idea what the music is like, but some of the song titles are astonishing!)
