i can tell you that having any sort of mental and emotional disorders is really draining and to make up for the draining that it causes internally i have to draw from external sources to keep my energy up. i pull externally the worst when im sleeping after having a breakdown. but thank god that i pull from one source and Master also helps by pulling the negative off of me and encouraging the positive to pull me back up.

Hello softandshy,

Sure, let me preface by saying this is based on knowing a few people with this disorder rather than a scientific study.

Some people have specific triggers than you can observe before they change personalities. With one person it was if the main personality felt threatened, the personality that was the defender came out and did whatever was necessary. Sometimes an outside observer cannot predict what will cause the personalities to shift. So if you are dealing with someone where you know the triggers and what to watch for you are not operating totally in the dark. If it is a person where the personalities are on random dial-up mode then you are on guard at all times.

Interesting. i've actually observed something that's much the opposite of that in multiples. The ones i have experience with are usually very adept at shielding, they tend to do it unconsciously and consistently. If they do engage in energy manipulation they tend to push rather than draw energy. Of course, experience differs. i'm sure that both types exist.

I can not say this enough... If you havent read that book you really should. You are spot on with what they think as well.

The Church was everything for a time. People were tied to it's yoke. Unquestioning. Then the upheaval came and Science and industry became the religion of the day. ~ again to the exclusion of all else. I think we are trying to move towards combining the two so that we are more balanced. It is going to be as hard of a road for us as it was when they switched from religion to science I believe.

Science is just a way to measure, quantify, and explain what was previously unexplainable. Atoms, and molecules were all magical things once upon a time. However these great scientific minds now think there are no new things.. no new magics that they can explain. They are in the same rut that religion was in at the time of it's being overtaken.

Science started out explaining the magical, and the totaly unseen in alchemy. That has been "debunked" and physics has taken it's place.

I think if these scientists realized how close to alchemy the Unified Theory is... they would run in horror from it I bet.

I suppose it will depend on who you are speaking with to be honest. One persons fantastical is another persons every day working.
