I guess you mean like

http://www.positiveliberty.com/2008/10/getting-depressed-about-the-election-ii-barack-obama.html

http://media.www.theeagleonline.com/media/storage/paper666/news/2004/11/08/News/Election.Depression.Grips.Students-796573.shtml

Counseling Center Director Abigail Lipson said such strong emotional reactions are normal after last week's election.

"The more significant the event and the more emotionally invested you feel in it, the stronger your reactions will be," Lipson said in an e-mail. "Normal reactions include, for example, strong feelings of elation, or anger, or pride, or shame, or hope, or fear - depending on your values and opinions."

People who are already emotionally fragile, such as students who are clinically depressed or extremely stressed, could have a stronger reaction, Lipson added.

Lindsey Marburger, a freshman in SIS, described her reaction to Bush's victory as "a state of suspended disbelief."

However, several Kerry supporters said Thursday night that it was important to live with Bush's victory.

I bet I could go out and question just as many people as they did and get a far lower approval rating.  Polls are, and always will be, rigged by the pollsters to "prove" what they want.

a few parts of the poll you may have missed ;)

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,496546,00.html

A 52 percent majority says the legislation that passed last week is better described as a "spending bill" than a "stimulus bill" (31 percent). Among those opposed to the legislation, almost all describe it as a “spending bill” (87 percent).

Another word about pork — or specifically "porky amendments" as New York Sen. Chuck Schumer called them when he said recently Americans "really don't care" if the stimulus bill included earmarks and pork spending. The poll finds Americans disagree with Schumer, as a large 79 percent majority says they do care, including most Democrats (76 percent), Republicans (84 percent) and independents (78 percent). Opinion Dynamics Corp. conducted the national telephone poll of 900 registered voters for FOX News from February 17 to February 18. The poll has a 3-point error margin. On the Goldilocks scale, nearly half of Americans (46 percent) think the stimulus plan is too large and 14 percent say it is too small, while about a third (30 percent) thinks it is about the right size. Among those who support the plan, 20 percent think it is too large, 20 percent say too small and 50 percent about right. The big question though is will the plan work? Views are mixed — about half (49 percent) say it will help the nation's economy, while the other half think the plan will either hurt the economy (25 percent) or not make much of a difference (23 percent).

The stimulus is one of the reasons Obama was voted in.  I mean, he campaigned under putting money into the infrastructure of America.  You can't act all surprised about it now.

So people that may or may not understand economics are both for and against something?
Please tell me what again this proves?
I know jack about economics, so im guessing that 100 people that know as little on the subject as myself, but nonetheless feel very strongly about it would have all sorts of responses
(This is the reason that polls dont make sense to me)

31% compared to Bush's 20-something would be considered a Democratic landslide victory in an election.

Fox constantly reports bogus statistics and false news anyway, so it's hard to believe anything they say anymore. But if the 31% is true for Dems in congress, it's probably about 20% for Reps.

What fox news poll did you see that was bogus?  When did it occur?  What was it about?  If such an event occurs constantly it should be easy to prove your POV ;)

I didn't say "poll" specifically, although any poll done by Fox should certainly be viewed with extreme skepticism. Anyone who knows even a trifle about polls understands that results are easily skewed by the designers. They do this by selecting "favorable" populations to poll, and also by phrasing the questions to give the answers they want. For example, Fox's poll question about where W should be in the rankings of former US presidents would be written something like this: "Where do you think George W. Bush should be ranked among former US presidents: (a) The best ever; (b) 2nd behind Ronald Reagan or (c) In the top 5." Then they report the glowing results.

I'm not going to waste my time citing sources. There are plenty of examples where Fox got it completely wrong, and reported it as fact. For example, it's been uncovered that Fox took talking points written by Bush White House aides and Republican operatives, and repeated them verbatim (including typos!), presenting them as independently verified "news" reports. All you need to do is check on some sources other than Fox, and you'll find them.

Saying that the MSM is somehow liberally biased ,is just an excuse for fox-noise and their viewers to lie, outward and to themselves.

Or CBS, or News Week, or the New York Times, or CNN, or Reuters... the majority are far to the left of the general population. That's why more balanced outlets such as FOX NEWS consistently have much better ratings than any of them.

MSNBC has gone so far to the left even normal liberals realize it’s a far left show.  I was surprised once when I think it was liberal jay leno compared fox news to msnbc as being two extremes one left the other right.
