allthatjaz -> Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 3:01:13 AM)

Steve sometimes puts a catheter in my urethra but more recently we have started using sounds between a French 18 to 20.
We understand about the importance of it all being very sterile and it is something we have taken lessons in from a trained medic.

My main worry before we started this was long term damage. The last thing I want is to be incontinent but we have been reassured that so long as we take things slowly and so long as it is never painful, we can actually go quite big.

Do any males/females here do urethral stretching/dilation? and if so what sort of sizes have you reached?

I know some people are going to find this disturbing and whilst I accept that its not everyones cup of tea, it is ours. Its the one way that I can have a long continual orgasm.

allthatjaz -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 4:39:56 AM)

This is probably not a question I should of asked here!

peppermint -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 5:03:54 AM)

It's not that you shouldn't have asked.  You asked the question when most people are in bed sleeping.  Most people have not done much play with sounds.  So, it's not surprising that you haven't had a reply yet.  My Sir has done catheters and sounds with men only, however, stretching is not an interest of his.

SimplyMichael -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 6:56:06 AM)

And it is a form of play most people don't engage in.  At my first play party many eons ago after they invented fire, all this stuff was very new to me.  I was shocked to see people flogging others and all this "intense" stuff and I walk into a room and this woman is shoving metal rods down a guy's cock.......oh god major squick but I am struck still and watch.

Never seen it done since.  But I was inspired this morning to consider the subject matter under discussion by someone who asked if I would ever let someone do it to me.  Being a generous man, I said there might be someone out there who I would let do it but she would have to be pretty damn special.

Problem is, I am a pervert and well I like to pervert things.  So as I am thinking about this act, on the surface rather a submissive one, most would think.  Then I got to thinking how much bigger my cock would be with a rod stuffed down my piss hole.  Then I got to thinking about how each time a bigger rod was slowly slid down down that hole, how it would stretch my cock bigger and bigger.

Then it hit me.

Imagine if fucking your partner's ass was painful to her but after a while it stopped hurting.  You could then slip a sound in your cock and make it bigger.  Then you could rape her ass all over again and when she stopped sobbing, you could force her to slide another one down your cock so she would see how much bigger it was.  Then you could laugh at her as she begged you not to shove that now even more massive cock up her torn and swollen little tight asshole.

mmmmm

Or could you slowly do the same to her innocent little urethra, that virgin unsoiled opening...until you could use that hole for your own pleasure as well?

Looks like I am going to have to hit up an old friend to teach me how to use sounds...

allthatjaz -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 8:42:14 AM)

I have done sounds on the male urethra many times and its something I really enjoy doing, especially when it involves electrical impulses. You need to be aware though Simply Michael, that you need a flaccid cock to do this on. Even when flaccid, men describe the sensation like a continual orgasm and thats because the same nerve senses are being stimulated as when one ejaculates.... thats why I wanted to try it!
Some guys can't take sounds at all because the dick hole is just too small, whilst others can stretch really well.

I don't think its at all a submissive thing. Its an exploration of your own body and does not have to include D/s and certainly doesn't want to include S/m because its not about pain but about sensation.

Women have been fucked up the urethra without causing a problem but its something that will take time and patience.

LadyPact -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 9:54:02 AM)

I was going to stay out of this topic because I have absolutely no experience with females on this.  However, I'd like to concur with what Maria says above.  Having the bottom feel like he is experiencing continual orgasm is the most common reaction that I hear.  Mixing it with the electrical play can bring something of a mind blowing sensation. As a friend of Mine puts it, it's just another way to fuck your man.

It's hot, it takes very little work on the part of the Top, and it's an experience that most males will never forget.  I'm sorry that I don't have much to contribute as to how it is for female bottoms.  Just not My thing.

DuValledeSade -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 10:00:45 AM)

Ive done sounds and catheters on males and females.

Yes, everything needs to be 100%clean, but with sounds or catheters your body will take them in, they dont need to be forced. Forcing will cause tissue damage that could lead to an infection.

With the sounds you are just stretching the opening, hopefully step by step, starting small and getting bigger.

I personal love the sounds that connect to the electrical units.

There only unsafe if not done properly

allthatjaz -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 10:23:57 AM)

Thanks for both your posts... I think we would all agree that this is the sort of play that one needs lessons in.
DuValledeSade (fantastic name btw) have you had much experience with curved sounds?

SimplyMichael -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 10:29:02 AM)

Thanks for reminding me that CM can still hold a surprise or two for me.

Schteff -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 11:17:18 AM)

Me and my girl friend have just started trying this. I brought it up on the phone and it was a major turn-on for her, as for me. We tried it for the first time this last week-end. Only on her, though. We both liked that very much and are now surfing the net in order to find some proper tools to use. This first time we used the handle of a small screw driver and upper end of a pencil. I didn't feel I got a good grip on those, so we're going to find some more "proper" tools.

A question: what happens if you get a hard-on while having something inside the penis (which I believe I am likely to get)? I am a bit reluctant to trying it on myself.

SimplyMichael -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 11:24:02 AM)

DUDE,

Using that sort of stuff is how to fuck up a perfectly good cock...invest in a set of real sounds.

I am NOT an expert at this type of play, but I implore you to buy a proper set.  Sticking things such as screwdrivers or pencils up your dick isn't something I would recommend.  Please check out a site such as kinkymedical.net or any other place that will allow you to purchase supplies.

As for the debate about a flaccid or erect cock, there are differing opinions.  Some say you can only create the sensation when the bottom is erect, but that's not My experience.  It's My understanding that both are effective.  Either can create the proper suction needed to use sounds without forcing.  It actually works on the same principle as the inner ear.

Please promise Me that you will do a little research before doing too many things to yourself.  Get a book, read some websites, or attend a demo.

Thank You for advice and concern. We are beeing very careful. I was the most sceptical to try the particular things we ended up using. She was most keen on it. We took it very slowly and carefully. And yes, we will get proper tools. This far, we have only tried it on her. We did not try it on me. Her hole seems wider than mine and I can't even imagine using the stuff we used, on myself. She asked and begged for it and I thought, well, if we're taking it nice and slow she will have the ability to stop if it doesn't feel good.

Hi Schteff

You won't get a hard-on when its in but you can have it put in with more difficulty whilst you have a hard on. Hard-on or not you will still get the sensations.
As far as using anything other that what was made for the job (cock excluded) don't. Its the easiest place to start an infection and some of those infections are deadly.
Get yourself a good sounds or dilation set and make them as sterile as you possibly can. Once cleaned don't touch with your bare hands. The best way to do this if you don't have a autoclave is to steam them on full heat for at least 10 minutes.
Use individually wrapped gloves (very important) and use a water based lube that comes in its on sterile 'one off' sachet.
Hibi scrub her or yourself first and hibi scrub again afterwards

Thank You, allthatjaz. We did boil them allthough we didn't keep the pencil in the boiling water for very long.

If you let go, its going to be one interesting trip to the ER.

I apologize in advance, but I can't help myself here: if you boiled yer pencil, you should boil yer head, 'n all.

kiwisub12 -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 5:31:46 PM)

First, let me say, i work in a urology surgery - and if you need to ask what sort of surgery that is you don't need to be playing with sounds because you haven't done your research.

For those of you that don't know - it is related to kidney, ureters, bladder and urethas. In other words, i know of what i speak.

Sounding a male, provided you use real sounds - actually made of this purpose - sterile lube and do a skin prep before hand would be relatively safe. Relatively safe, because even a trained professional can rupture the urethra.   Start really really small, and don't EVER force one in.
The nice thing about men is that they have LONG urethras, so you aren't going to hit the bladder sphincter very often - that would be the thing that stops you peeing every time you stand up. Stretch that too much and you wear an adult diaper.                           ............................                       VERY sexy!

The interesting thing is, is that women have a really SHORT urethra - thats why we get many more UTI's than men. We have less distance from all the bugs and our bladders and kidneys.
What you do when you sound a woman is widen the hole into the bladder - and open the way for more bacteria to enter. Yep- i am sure there are women who can  look into their bladder without having a single uti - but the majority of women will have problems.
The ideal would be to not sound women.  And if you are going to do it   -  don't go in more than a half an inch -  if that.  Pee right away after the play, and take cranberry pills.
I realise it isn't sexy to be so clinical - but then neither is a uti or nephritis.  As the person doing the sounding you need to be in charge of causing no damage to the vict.... i mean volunteer.  That means doing as much research as possible, and erring on the side of caution.

While play is fun, the things you are playing with are very serious and the complications can be horrendous, even life threatening.   So be very very careful.

edited for booboos.

SimplyMichael -> RE: Catheter, sounds and urethral dilation (2/19/2009 8:52:08 PM)

Kiwi,

Actually, this is one of those instances where being clinical IS what is needed.  Even if it isn't what you want to hear!
